Until now, we collected data for our customers and showed all of them the same reports. Lighthouse changes that. With AI analysis and free text, every customer can ask their own question in plain language and get an output customized to their own users. A lot of AI features inside products show you a spinner and then an answer. Lighthouse AI shows you each step while it runs: → Reading your question → Matching it to a question template → Running the computed query If an answer gets interrupted, the steps that finished stay in the thread, and you can ask again from there. You should see what an AI did with your question before you trust what it says. That part is on us. Alican and Kemal are taking questions live on 27 Oct at 14:00 UTC. Link in the first comment.

"Can you tell me exactly what you clicked?" Nobody enjoys sending that message. Or answering it 😅 Support goes better when you ask the product before you ask the customer. In Lighthouse AI, that's one line: What has [email protected] done recently? You see what she did, and you can click straight into her activity. Then the conversation starts from what already happened, not from a quiz. Alican and Kemal will show it live on 27 October, 14:00 UTC (11h in São Paulo). Link in the first comment 👇

Bekleriz!

I stand by the meme. Most webinars are a sales pitch in disguise. Ours is not. It's next week on October 27. It’s a workshop about a new feature that’s already live and included in every customer’s plan at no extra cost. We want customers to know what they have access to and get something useful out of it. The agenda is adoption. I work in customer success. My motives are not especially complicated. If you’re a UserGuiding customer, come along with your questions. A launch should always take something off your users’ plate. That’s what we tried to do with the new Lighthouse AI. Ask it what’s happening in your product and you get the answer in plain conversation. Everyone wants their retention number, but nobody enjoys staring at a cohort grid, so when you ask for weekly retention, you get the table and can dig deeper with follow-up questions. Kemal and I are walking through this and a lot more live on 27 October, 10 AM ET / 3 PM CET. The sign-up link is in the comments.

we're watching how our customers use Lighthouse AI very closely while it's in beta, because we don't want to ship just another AI slop and move on. so far, the most used report is survey analysis: "what did this survey tell us?" when everyone is excited about building the next new thing, almost nobody goes back to read things like survey results anymore. I believe that's exactly why it's a perfect use case for our users. the lesson for anyone building AI into a product: the best use case might be the repetitive and boring stuff people keep postponing Alican and Kemal will show this and similar use cases live on Tuesday, Oct 27, 10 AM ET / 3 PM CET. join us here: https://lnkd.in/eDT8TY9q
