"AI will increasingly handle scale, and humans will increasingly be the steward of taste, trust and judgement." - Abhay Parasnis In his conversation with Jon Fortt on Fortt Knox, Abhay shares how enterprise AI is moving beyond content creation to true marketing orchestration — and why human judgment is becoming more important, not less. I've been through enough technology waves to know the pattern. ERP. CRM. Marketing automation. And now GenAI. Every wave has two types of early movers — and they look nothing alike. I was on a panel yesterday about the AI adoption curve with Nick Fairbairn and Benjamin Wiener - great insights from them while keeping it fun. The question that resonated most: is there really a pattern to how organizations make this shift? Here's what I'm seeing at Typeface: Some companies arrive with architecture — change management plans, governance frameworks, a clear theory of how work will change. They move deliberately. Others arrive after a moment of reckoning — they see what's possible, realize their current workflow is the bottleneck, and urgency sets in fast. Neither path is wrong. But the difference in outcome often comes down to what happens next. The companies that planned ahead? They scale with confidence. The ones still building the foundation while trying to fly — they catch up, but it costs them. The real challenge isn't finding the right AI platform. It's recognizing — early enough — that the way you work today is what's slowing you down tomorrow. Would love to hear from others navigating this. Where did your organization start — with a plan, or with a catalyst? #GenerativeAI #AIStrategy #EnterpriseAI #Leadership #AITransformation

AI for content generation is no longer a breakthrough. The breakthrough is how marketers can turn expert processes into workflows at scale. Today, we’re launching the Typeface Marketing Orchestration Engine — the operating layer that transforms marketing workflows into governed, reusable AI agents that execute across your tools. What powers this operating layer: • Arc Graph: Living brand intelligence grounded in your standards and assets • Arc Forge: IT infrastructure that turns expert workflows into reusable agents • Arc Agents: Marketing agents for email, social, paid, web, video, and more • Arc Spaces: A unified workspace to create, collaborate, and publish • Arc Loop (coming soon): Continuous optimization based on performance Build agents tailored to your unique processes: → Launch full campaigns from a single brief → Refresh complex websites without manual rework → Generate compliant, retailer-ready product descriptions at scale Proud to partner with Fortune 500 teams and iconic brands like Post Consumer Brands and more. One question I hear often from enterprise leaders is: If AI is making our teams more productive, why doesn’t the business feel any faster? That question is the focus of my new Fortune article. The answer, in many cases, is that productivity and progress are not the same thing. AI has made it much easier to generate content, summarize information, and automate repetitive work. But for many organizations, content creation was never the slowest part of getting work into market. The real delays happen after the content is created; Approvals. Handoffs. Compliance reviews. Vendor coordination. Executive sign-off. Disconnected systems. As AI increases the amount of work entering the pipeline, those bottlenecks become even more visible. That is why the organizations seeing the greatest return from AI are not simply deploying more tools or generating more content. They are redesigning the operating model around the work. They are aligning executive sponsors early; reengineering workflows end to end; mbedding governance into everyday operations; measuring outcomes instead of output volume. The next phase of enterprise AI will not be won by the teams producing the most AI-generated content. It will be won by the teams that remove the most organizational friction Read the full Fortune article here: https://lnkd.in/exaRVZgs

AI has made content creation one of the fastest parts of campaign production. But that does not automatically mean campaigns are getting out the door faster. That is the paradox I discussed with Demand Gen Report: AI can generate the first draft in seconds, but the real work begins after that - the #orchestration of reviews, approvals, handoffs, compliance checks, brand governance and publishing. For many marketing organizations, the issue is not the technology itself. It is that more content, more variants, more channels and more stakeholders are still moving through workflows that were not designed for AI scale. The teams making the most progress are not treating AI agents as isolated tools. They are thinking about them as part of a co-ordinated operating model: → Which steps can agents own? → Where does human creativity, judgment or oversight need to stay in the loop? → How do brand, compliance and approval rules become part of the workflow from the start? → How do agents connect into the systems teams already use, from DAMs, CDPs and CMSs to downstream publishing channels? That is where AI starts to move from experimentation to production. The next phase of AI in marketing will not be defined by who can create more content. It will be defined by who can orchestrate the entire path from brief to launch with speed, governance and quality working together. Thank you to Demand Gen Report for the conversation.
