Strong delivery starts with clear decisions. TTW Director Martin Folan brings clarity to complex briefs. His approach is simple: test assumptions, work through constraints, and shape solutions that support confident decision-making. Martin applies this practical, constraints-led approach across states and sectors - from Shell House, where the complexity of the heritage redevelopment led to TTW establishing its first Construction Engineering team, to cultural, transport and infrastructure projects including the NGV, Canberra Light Rail and Western Sydney International Airport. 🎥 Watch the video to see how Martin approaches projects as a strategic partner and why that mindset supports better outcomes. #TTW

CSIRO's Diversity building was recognised as Engineers Australia ACT 2025 Project of the Year for the way it redefined what a research facility can be through engineering excellence. Creating a home for CSIRO’s National Research Collections Australia meant designing controlled environments most buildings never face. Our Structural, Civil and Façade teams worked closely with CSIRO to ensure the facility protects millions of specimens and supports the research behind Australia’s environmental future. 🎥 Watch the video for a preview of the journey More featured projects that capture the ideas, partnerships and outcomes that shaped our year are in TTW’s first Annual Report. Our Director Richard Milsted brings structural expertise and real passion to projects that give back to the community. For more than two decades, he has shaped spaces that bring people together. His work includes the stunning St Barnabas Church, the show-stopping Sydney Coliseum Theatre, the soon-to-be-completed Lane Cove Sport and Recreation Centre, and the future-shaping Science & Engineering Building at UNSW. Richard reminds us that engineering isn’t one-size-fits-all. It takes a tailored approach and the right technical expertise to find solutions because good engineering starts with understanding what a project actually needs. 🎥 Watch the video to hear how Richard shapes the engineering approach for each project, and why community projects hold a special place for him. #TTW

Traffic Engineering isn’t just about roads and intersections; it’s about creating spaces that work for everyone 🚶♀️🚲🚌 It defines how people experience places: the design of a crossing, the rhythm of a road, the way connections work between communities. Through data, design, and insight, our traffic engineers are shaping systems that move people efficiently, creating outcomes that strengthen communities and elevate every project they're part of. We sat down with Associates Grace Carpp and Michael Babbage to explore how rethinking Traffic Engineering is setting new benchmarks for movement and what it means for the way we design the places people move through every day. #TTW #TrafficEngineering

Before a single turbine turns on a wind farm, there’s the work you don't see. This 3D model was built in-house, using all site, survey and design data collected early on. It gave our civil and digital teams a clear picture of the land long before construction began. This meant we could read the land, test ideas early, minimise earthworks and solve challenges before machines ever hit the ground. It’s practical, behind-the-scenes work, and it’s what gets wind projects moving with confidence and efficiency. Craig Seeto Andre Pereira Mohamed Moussa Jake Barnes Tristan Harris Eddy Dalton
