A few months ago Ben Diamond (Yahalom) told us they wanted to go all in on AI for their media buying. This is a $1B company, allocating hundreds of thousands of ad dollars to Moby. We’ve been partners with Ben and the True Classic team for years but when they told us this, it really hit that we’ve built something different. Today, 100% of their Meta spend runs through agentic AI. They're expanding to Google and TikTok next. We sat down with Eric Dyck on the DTC Podcast to talk about it. Ben described the process as onboarding a new employee, which I thought was really cool. They taught Moby their promo calendar, the inventory context, the supply chain details. Building trust the same way you would with any team member. Ben said something in our conversation that I think is just a great analogy to how to look at the acceleration of AI and ecommerce. “AI is like a hundred-level boost in a video game. The game doesn't get easier, the challenges actually get bigger. But now you have the tools to take on things you couldn't even see before.” Really grateful for the DTC Newsletter for having us on to talk about it. Worth a listen if you're thinking about what agentic AI actually looks like in practice.

25 new ad concepts. Campaigns built. Ready to publish. I didn't write a single one. Asked Moby to audit my Meta account for the last 30 days. Within seconds it told me what to kill, keep, and scale — then generated 25 creative concepts from my store's own data, turned them into ads, and built the campaigns automatically. All I did was review and hit Publish. Triple Whale was always about helping you scale. Moby 2 feels like the true essence of that idea. Request early access now → triplewhale.com/moby-2

Almost every brand I’ve talked to has asked me about showing up in LLM answers. Here’s what matters most: 1. Mentions → Does AI actually bring up your brand? 2. Sentiment → When it does... is it positive or negative? 3. Citations → Are you being referenced as a source? You can win in traffic and still lose here. So what actually moves this? 1. Visibility across AI platforms (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, etc.) 2. Site structure that machines can understand (not just humans) 3. Content designed to answer questions (not just rank for keywords) 4. Trust signals across the internet (reviews, mentions, third-party validation) We’re early, but the data is already clear. AI-attributed commerce is growing fast, and this is only going to compound. You can treat this like SEO in 2012. Or you can get ahead of it now. We put everything we’re seeing into an AI visibility playbook for ecommerce brands. Worth a read if you care about how customers will find you next. https://lnkd.in/gSbK3PxN

Most AI creative looks like AI creative. You can tell instantly. We built Moby 2 to change that — and today we're showing the proof. Our Creative Showcase is live: real ads from real ecommerce brands, generated entirely with Moby: - Underoutfit Inc replaced $30K+ in photoshoots with it. - ORIGIN® produced faster creative angles and iterations in seconds. - Dixxon Flannel Co. rapidly expanded its creative diversity without the cost of a traditional shoot. We're also releasing the Creative Audit Guide for Ecommerce Brands — free, and built for operators who actually run ads. It covers: - Why your creative is now your targeting - How to catch fatigue before ROAS starts to drop - How to diagnose which part of your ad is actually breaking down - How to build a creative mix that compounds instead of plateaus Most brands are still cranking out variations of the same concept. The ones who shift to structurally diverse creative now — new personas, new problem frames, new emotional entry points — will be very hard to catch.

Most marketers are using AI tools wrong. They are using them as consultants and AI does make a really good consultant. They'll explain the problem to you really well and give you plenty of ideas, but at the end of the day, I see them as an outsourced freelancer. They don’t have any stock in your company or skin in the game. They are doing the job you asked for at surface level. Moby wants you to win. It gives you so much more than "here's what happened." Moby rolls up its sleeves and gets to work and gives you the "here's what to do about it right now before it costs you thousands of dollars.” We're going deeper in a customer webinar tomorrow. Jason Lu is joining Logan Brown to walk through Moby 2 and our new Automations feature, live and step by step. Link in comments.
