Having every AI tool at your disposal doesn't mean you've transformed the way you work. I shared this thought last week at the Game Changers Forum in Lisbon, when Paulo Carvalho (Cegid) asked Maria João Carioca (Galp) and me what leaders should do tomorrow morning. AI is about more than adopting technology. It's about rethinking how work gets done, bringing people along, and making sure everyone understands why change matters and how they can contribute. At TP, one approach we've taken is to bring the people who know a process best into the room and rethink it together. Leaders need to be part of that conversation, too. Then we measure the impact, learn from the results, and keep improving. Sometimes you need to start small, learn fast, and scale what works. Building this capability takes practice, not just at work, but in our everyday lives. Thank you, Maria João, Paulo, and Game Changers for the conversation.
