Value doesn’t just move forward. It comes full circle. Every year, our Annual Report tells the story of how Hayleys grows. "In Full Circle" is this year's theme - the idea that progress isn't a straight line. It unfurls like a fern, reaching further than expected. It pollinates like a bee, activating what was dormant. It moves like water, adapting through every state and season. And it scales like an orbit, every part of our business a planet in motion around one shared purpose. At Hayleys, value created across industries and communities moves outward, creating opportunities, empowering livelihoods and contributing to a more sustainable world. And that value comes full circle. By strengthening the people and economies that make progress possible, it creates new opportunities for growth and enables us to create value again.
