Glick Recovery Campus is opening a new chapter in behavioral health for Cuyahoga County, and we’re looking for an Associate Medical Director to lead advanced practice care at the center of it. As Associate Medical Director, you’ll oversee all NP services across the campus, partner directly with the Medical Director and Chair of Physiatry, and step into the role of acting Medical Director when needed. You’ll work alongside clinicians, first responders, and community partners united by on goal: that nobody in crisis falls into the cracks. Twenty-four hours, seven days, three hundred sixty-five days a year, Cuyahoga County’s first walk-in behavioral health crisis center keeps its doors open. Overnight, one person runs that floor. We’re looking for that person. As Shift Supervisor, you’ll oversee daily operations and staffing crisis programs, coach and role-model best practices for your team, and keep guests moving toward the goals in their personalized recovery and healing plan.
