The biggest technology challenge for organizations today is not access to technology and innovation. It is knowing and prioritizing what to adopt, what to control, and where it actually creates value. That was one of my main reflections from this year’s Tele2Dagen. Together with customers, partners and colleagues, we explored how to navigate rapid technological change while creating real value. Instead of only talking to our guests, we wanted to learn from them. Participants joined roundtable discussions on AI user experience or digital sovereignty. We used AI to capture the discussions and turn different perspectives into shared insights for everyone at the event. What stood out to me was how both topics came down to conscious technology choices: using AI to create better experiences while maintaining the right level of control over data and technology. We also put new technology into practice, using RCS throughout the event now that it’s supported on iOS at Tele2. A big thank you to Växjö kommun and Sveland Djurförsäkringar for sharing your perspectives, to our moderators Linda Ekener Mägi and Andreas Dahlqvist, and to our partners Cisco, Infobip, Scaleway, Zisson and 3stepIT for contributing to the day.
