Our national Gaming & Hospitality Center of Excellence, working hand-in-hand with our Northeast team, recently completed the expansion of Bally’s Twin River Lincoln Casino Resort in Lincoln, RI. This expansion added about 40,000 square feet to the west side of the Ocean 1 Casino, allowing the space to now house 630 video lottery terminals and 30 table games. The Emerald Bay Food Hall also features elevated cuisine, a 20-seat bar, a service bar, and required back-of-house space. The second phase of the project added 10,000 square feet next to the existing Bally's Twin River hotel for a full-service Korean spa. It was a privilege to partner with Bally's on this project to help reimagine the casino experience in Rhode Island!
