Sofia Airport Center

At SAC, we believe that the workspace directly affects how we think, collaborate, and perform. That's why we created a space where nature and design stimulate employees' concentration, creativity, and well-being. ✔️The green spaces, gazebos and lake provide opportunities for short walks and breaks that reduce stress and stimulate creativity. ✔️Daylight in common spaces stimulates energy and productivity. ✔️Tropical plants in the Flex-R lounge create a calm atmosphere, promote concentration and clarity of thought. The combination of nature, thoughtfully designed spaces, and movement opportunities turns SAC into an environment that inspires and supports the work process every day. #SAC #HealthyWorkplace #SACGreenSpaces #FocusInNature

We marked the beginning of the construction of the new B04 logistics building with an official groundbreaking ceremony held on 16 March - another important step in the development of Sofia Airport Center as a leading business and logistics campus in Sofia. The building will offer nearly 5,700 sqm of Class A logistics space and modern office areas, designed to meet the needs of today’s businesses. The project is expected to be completed by February 2027 and will further enhance connectivity, functionality, and opportunities for growth. Sofia Airport Center is already a well established logistics and industrial hub, home to companies in logistics, distribution, freight forwarding, air cargo, FMCG, manufacturing, technology and agribusiness. The new B04 building further strengthens the park’s position as a prime Class A logistics destination. With every new development, we continue to build an environment that combines high standards, efficiency, and sustainable development. #SAC #Revetas #Ceres #Logistics #BusinessGrowth

Small changes in your environment can have a big impact on productivity and wellbeing. As spring arrives, nature at SAC comes alive, inspiring us to recharge and refresh. Time spent in nature helps overcome spring fatigue, energizes the workday with fresh ideas, and welcomes change. Take the opportunity to work outdoors, go for a walk among the greenery, or focus amidst the tropical plants in the Flex-R lounge. #SAC #HealthyWorkplace #SACGreenSpaces #FocusInNature #SpringAtSAC

The environment we work in shapes the way we think. Green, sustainable practices aren’t just a trend – they influence our health, productivity, and lifestyle. Good habits in the office carry over into our homes, our families, and our communities. A single plastic cup takes around 450 years to decompose – long after we’ve forgotten the taste of that morning coffee. Bring a reusable cup to the office; it helps reduce waste and lowers the need for producing new plastic items, saving water, energy, and CO₂ in the manufacturing process. Through these small actions we can achieve meaningful results which make our SAC community greener. #SACGreenTips #SustainableOffice #SmallStepsBigImpact

When spaces work for people, work naturally becomes more inspired. The environment at SAC is created to support meaningful moments throughout the workday. The park and the lake encourage short walks during breaks, while the gazebos offer a calm setting for informal or work-related meetings. #SAC #InspiredWorkspaces #WorkplaceDesign #WellbeingAtWork
