So Shall We is the performance agency you come to after being disappointed by your last one. Go ahead, get let down by a few (again), then come back here. We focus on facts, forecasts and results. ➡️ No Secrets: Book a call, then get a 15-minute video that shows our work and prices. We use calls to solve problems, not pitch. ➡️ No Wild Claims: We’re a team of 70. Led by four partners with 50+ years of combined experience. We do what we say we will. Period. It’s not gonna save your life, but it will make you more money. ➡️ No Leaning on Leads: Leads are just a start. We focus on revenue and sales, not form-fills. ➡️ No Half-Measures: We handle your strategy, ads, creative, landing pages, CRO, attribution and reporting. Full control means better results. One accountable owner. ➡️ No Chains: We work month to month. Our results keep you with us. ➡️ We Tie Our Pay To Your Growth: Fixed fees cover our costs. We profit when you profit through performance-based bonuses. Win/win deals. ➡️ No Blind Trust: We’ll earn it. Get a free full-stack audit of your ad accounts, historical metrics, and full funnel. The first step toward working together. We deliver a 20-30 minute video and detailed report in a document. One package per channel. That becomes our pitch. If you’re looking for the last growth agency you need to work with before bringing things in house: - Click the ad - Watch the short video - See what we actually do - Apply for a free audit by booking a call See you on the other side—where not a single dumb question will be asked. ⚠️ P.S. You must spend at least $50K monthly on ads. If not - come back when you’re ready.

Want to know which competitor ads are actually working? The Meta Ad Library shows every ad, but not which ones matter. Every ad your competitors run on Meta is public, but the Ad Library only gives you a feed to scroll. We pull every live ad in your category, compare formats, offers, and proof, flag the ones they've kept running for months, and show you where you're behind. Free. Ready instantly.

$10M+ VSL Framework on one page. Grid + Triangle. The most common framework I use for B2B settings. B2C is slightly modified based on the avatar and model. Industries validated in across 300 VSLs: - Home services - Professional services - SaaS (demos) - Ecommerce (tech/walkthroughs) - Agencies - Consulting/Coaching - Communities (Skool, etc) And this is just the first VSL in what should be a “VSL STACK” in any mature pipeline. This isn’t a tool for the info-product crowd. It’s a tool for conversion mechanisms in general.

If you sell B2B SaaS or services on demo calls, we rebuilt one page and show rate jumped 23%. We stopped selling on sales calls entirely last year. We rebuilt our confirmation page instead. Show rate jumped 23% and sales cycles were cut by a third. One page on its own doesn't do it. I call it the confirmation page stack. None of this is new. I invented NONE of it. It works. Between "book a call" and the call there's a dead zone. Leads cool off. They Google your competitors. They forget why they booked. Most companies send a calendar invite and pray. Before booking, a lead is scanning with half attention and no patience. After they book, they flip to justification mode. They want to prove to themselves they made the right call and that this is worth their time. They will Google you. They will ask AI about you. If your page and your process are empty, they research you with content you don't own. These are the seven layers we deploy on every confirmation page for our clients in B2B SaaS and services, the ones who live off show-ups, close rates and sales cycles. Steal it. One. The hero video. The "thanks for booking, see you Tuesday" video always fails. Three approaches work. We use the FAQ: five questions, one video, and the five come from a system that mines our sales call transcripts. That single video drove most of the 23% lift. The script we use is on screen in the video. Two. Enablement videos. Short clips under the hero video, one question each. Up to 10 real questions from real sales calls. The summary in the first 60 seconds, the detail after. Three. The mega FAQ. Written answers to every question that slows your pipeline down. 30-plus questions. Four. Proof. Case studies are obvious. Most people miss anti-case studies: what happens when the problem doesn't get fixed, and the clients we haven't won with. The anti-case study makes you more trustworthy. Most people show their highlight reel. Five. The full offer document. Specific to certain B2B offers. Pricing, scope, process and expectations on the page, sent before the call. No surprises. No "we'll send a proposal." Six. Clear next steps. What the call covers, how long it is, who's there, what to bring, and the phone number we text from. Seven. Homework. By now they've applied and been qualified for the call. This is a second-layer prep quiz. It deepens the qualification, and completing it signals higher intent. Zoom out. The stack lives inside something bigger, the Compound Growth Engine. Three pillars. Traffic: the click and everything that earns it. Conversion: everything between the click and the closed deal, which is where this stack lives. Decisions: the constraint map, what to fix next and why. We run it for B2B SaaS and service businesses spending over $50,000 a month on ads. Seven layers, one page. Your prospects show up pre-educated and pre-sold. They want to talk about their business, not yours, because there's nothing left to know about yours.

Want to scale past that ad spend ceiling and 3x it this year (without crushing profit)? Hire a growth team that: ✅ Actually knows what it's doing ✅ Does what they say ✅ Gets paid on performance Our secret method: we follow the three points above. Shocking. Reset your expectations for what working with an agency should actually look like. We own your whole growth engine. Strategy. Ads. Creative. Funnels. RevOps. Tracking. And more. So you get more sales and profit from the same ad spend, while building the foundation to triple it this year. We do it without: ❌ Junior button-pushers ❌ Useless check-in calls ❌ Empty guarantees ❌ Terrible response times ❌ Long-term contracts ❌ Telling you what you want to hear Performance-based pricing. On net new profit we drive. We win when you win. Yes, you pay more than your last agency. You pay for people who actually know what they are doing. We'll prove it to you before you spend a dime or we waste our time. Here's how: 1. We get on a call. We learn your business, your numbers and where growth is stuck. Not a pitch. If you're not a fit, we'll tell you. 2. You get a free audit (the kind the other guys charge for). The founder, my team and I go through your ad accounts, creative, funnel and tracking. 3–6 months of numbers. Every leak from click to cash, mapped. You get a founder video walkthrough inside your live accounts, a constraint diagnosis and a 90-day plan. Yours to keep, even if we never work together. 3. If you qualify, we fix the biggest leak. Free. Creative is the constraint? You get 20 new static ads. Conversion is the constraint? We redesign your landing page. You run it. You see the numbers. Then you decide. If things look interesting, you do deals with a partner in the business. Not sales guys. No guarantees. If we can't beat your numbers after the audit, we tell you to stay put. 👇 Click below. Apply to see if you qualify.

If you spend $50K to $200K a month on ads, 7 tells your agency is still a media buyer. A $5M to $50M SaaS or service business paying an agency to manage just its ad spend is getting ripped off. Especially if they still haven't figured out how to turn your account around since Andromeda and Lattice dropped a year ago. You spend $50K, $100K, $200K a month on ads. You pay somebody another $8K to $15K to push buttons on Facebook, Google and TikTok. One. Fresh creative isn't shipping on the schedule the platforms need. Visually diverse, message diverse, on a cadence. If it is shipping, you're the one doing it. Two. No creative strategy in sight. Three. Your landing pages convert the way they did 6 months ago, because nobody runs CRO. Worst case they convert worse, because the page never changed when your front-end messaging did. Four. Nurture sequences are broken or missing entirely. Five. You don't know which traffic sources drive profit. ROAS, yes. Profit, no. Six. Your agency celebrated platform metrics last week while your sales team got ready to quit. Seven. The last time you 2x'd or 4x'd your spend without profit hitting the floor was, I don't know, you tell me. The agencies still standing in 2 years own your whole pipeline, click to close, and get paid on the profit they drive above your baseline, with no cut of your ad spend. The job is ownership down the funnel, as close to the purchase as possible, or inclusive of it. That is what we build at So Shall We: growth systems for businesses already spending and ready to scale. Three stacks. Traffic stack. Multi-channel paid acquisition, in-house creative, creative testing and ad ops across Meta, Google, TikTok, wherever you run paid. Conversion stack. Custom landing pages, CRO that somebody owns, and automated follow-up that lifts revenue per lead. The constraint map. Attribution, RevOps, financial modeling and forecasting aimed at the one thing capping your growth, attacked one at a time. Theory of constraints. The strategy and the decisions are run by operators from McKinsey, Accenture, Meta, Google, Amazon, Netflix, and 8-figure brand-side teams like yours. No juniors. We've managed over $500M in profitable ad spend for our partners because we own the whole thing, click to close. I'm not saying we're the best in the world. We have no guarantees. We've not won with every single client. But we do what we say we will, and our incentives match yours.
