11 March | 2pm GMT | Introducing a Decision-grade Metric for Pressure ✅ Just one week to go till SIGWATCH introduces the Pressure Score, a new analytical framework designed to support executive decision-making by distilling a complex pressure landscape into a single metric. As operating environments become more volatile, the question is less about tracking activity and more about understanding what it signals, when to act and when to wait. In this live webinar - our Strategic Insights Lead Catalina Becerra Trujillo will outline how the Pressure Score: • Identifies escalation versus acceptable variation • Highlights issue and geographic momentum • Provides a structured basis for executive conversations If this sounds like a problem you're trying to solve, grab your slot here! https://shorturl.at/fPqVz Read more about the pressure score: https://shorturl.at/RwdAv

📢 Introducing the Pressure Score Pressure landscapes are volatile and complex. Activity levels fluctuate. Narratives evolve. New coalitions form. But volume alone does not equal risk. The SIGWATCH Pressure Score distils this complexity into a single, executive-level metric — underpinned by fully explainable components that show: •Where pressure is intensifying • Which issues will be most material in future • Whether your company is being singled out • Which geographies and actors matter most • And, crucially, what not to worry about even when the noise is loud. On 11 March at 2pm GMT, we will introduce the Pressure Score in a live webinar and explain: – How it works – Why we normalised it to 0–100 – What movement over time reveals – How it supports executive decision-making If you work in corporate affairs, sustainability, stakeholder engagement or risk — this session will help you move from dashboards to direction. 🔗 Register here: https://shorturl.at/fPqVz 🔎 Learn more about the Pressure Score: https://shorturl.at/RwdAv

For sustainability, issues, and risk teams, external pressure campaigns have long been a hidden ally. When a campaign generated headlines, investor letters, or viral petitions, it created a “burning platform” that forced senior leaders to act on Non-Financial Risks. This shifted the burden of proof: instead of internal teams having to prove why action was needed, leadership had to prove why inaction was safe. This has now been rewired. When leaders no longer care about critical external campaigns, how can internal teams ensure their issues and initiatives stay on the corporate agenda? https://lnkd.in/eRRQ_zZp

Those who know us might remember when our company strapline read: NGO Issue Tracking & Analysis. As an article called 'End of the Age of NGOs?' does the rounds, I wanted to share our take on the debate, and why our focus has been shifting for some time now. TL;DR: Big NGOs are less active and less impactful, but that has only made your issues landscape more complex, fragmented, and faster moving.

Pressure campaigns aren't just background noise; they're actively shaping your business future. From investor sentiment to employee buy-in, campaigners are driving conversations before impact.
