In the last 12 months: 👉 Our customer base has grown 736% 👉 Our team has grown 10x 👉 We’ve onboarded 2 of the Fortune 20, alongside companies including Fox Corporation, WPP, Live Nation and Ramp 👉 Many customers are replacing ServiceNow with Serval outright. Lucid Motors moved ITSM, CMDB and asset management to Serval in 45 days Today, we announced a $150M Series C at a $3B valuation led by Sequoia Capital, with participation from Elad Gil, Evantic Capital, First Round Capital, General Catalyst, Redpoint, Tenacity Capital, Conviction, and Headline. Why? To give every department the same power AI has given software engineers. So employees across IT, HR, Legal, Finance and beyond can build automations with enterprise-grade security built in. We’re investing even more deeply in Catalyst, our automation agent, and launching ProServal, a new professional services arm where AI-pilled Automation Engineers work side by side with our customers. We’re hiring > 100 of them. These Automation Engineers will sit inside complex organizations, learn how their legacy processes work, and transform the business one process at a time with AI at the center. A little over a year ago, I joined Serval as employee #10 and our first business hire. I’m in awe of how far we’ve come and could not be more optimistic and energized about the future we are building. Our team keeps finding new ways to pull timelines forward. ⚡ Spencer Lang deployed Serval at a company with +100K employees in 2 months ⚡ Christine Kim created Serval Start to recruit exceptional builders and technical talent ⚡ Jake Silverman designed a new forecasting approach and vibe-coded our analytics business intelligence in his first 2 weeks on the job ⚡ Viraj Lunani built Journeys to reimagine the onboarding and offboarding process for large enterprises with 100% automation at its core and deployed it to a Fortune 20 customer in under 3 months Want to be at the forefront of driving transformation? We raised a $150 million Series C at a $3 billion valuation, led by Sequoia Capital. Our third round in 12 months. We’re using this funding to answer today’s defining question for the enterprise: what happens when every department can use AI the way software engineers do? AI coding tools have transformed how engineering teams work. Engineers describe what they want and ship it the same day. Serval gives every team that same power - from IT, to HR, finance, legal, security, and beyond. Anyone can build governed automations across the systems they already use, just by describing what they need in our automation agent, Catalyst. And it’s resonating across the best companies in the world. In the last six months, we’ve onboarded two of the Fortune 20 and added customers like Fox Corporation, WPP, Live Nation, and Ramp. Large enterprise customers are committing to a full rip-and-replace of their legacy platforms in favor of Serval. In the last 12 months, our team has grown by 10x. Over the next year, we plan to hire more than 500 people across every function and expand in San Francisco, New York City, London, Austin, and beyond. Thank you to Sequoia Capital for leading the round, to Elad Gil, Evantic Capital, First Round Capital, General Catalyst, Redpoint, and Tenacity Capital for doubling down, and to Conviction and Headline for joining us. If you want to change how the largest companies in the world work, come build with us. It’s Serval now.

We raised a $150 million Series C at a $3 billion valuation, led by Sequoia Capital, to give everyone in the enterprise the power to build and automate like an engineer. Every job comes with a layer of work nobody signed up for: chasing approvals, requesting access, copying data between systems. AI tools have given engineers time back for the work that matters. We want everyone in the enterprise, from IT and HR to legal, security, talent, and marketing, to work the same way. We’ve built the foundation. A single sentence becomes production code that runs safely across enterprise systems, background agents catch issues before anyone reports them, and the system of record has AI at its core. And we’ve found product-market fit. In the last six months, we’ve onboarded two of the Fortune 20. Serval has doubled ARR each quarter since our Series B, and our customers include Fox Corporation, WPP, Live Nation Entertainment, and Ramp. One auto manufacturer replaced ServiceNow across ITSM, CMDB, and asset management in 45 days. Bringing Serval to every employee in every department means harder problems: → Trust at scale. An agent should never have more power than the person asking. Every action needs to be deterministic, permissioned, and auditable across hundreds of thousands of employees and thousands of systems. → Reliability for people who don’t write code. When someone describes a workflow in a sentence, the system has to handle what they didn’t think to specify: edge cases, failures, approvals. → Agents that work before anyone asks. Finding problems across tens of thousands of devices and accounts, diagnosing them, and proposing the fix before anyone realizes something is wrong. → One system of record for every department. Expanding the data model from IT to HR, finance, legal, and security so agents can reason over and act on everything a company runs on. In the last 12 months, the team has grown by 10x. The people solving these problems are the best I’ve worked with. We want Serval to become the platform every enterprise runs on, and we need the best engineers in the world to get there. Come build a generational company with us. Thank you to Sequoia Capital for leading this round, and to Elad Gil, Evantic Capital, First Round Capital, General Catalyst, Redpoint, Tenacity Capital, Conviction, and Headline for backing us. https://lnkd.in/gucujecF

Unused software seats and idle licenses cost companies twice, in both money and security. Now, with automated license reclamation in Serval, they’re handled automatically. Instead of letting them sit around until the next renewal, Serval now reclaims them continuously based on rules set by IT. Because reclamation is built directly into access management, there’s no separate license reclamation system to buy or manage. Companies save on software spend, IT gets time back, and unnecessary access gets removed sooner! See it in action below, or read more: https://lnkd.in/g3ARSudT

I spend most of my days helping IT and People teams get set up on Serval, and every so often a customer builds something that makes me want to show it to everyone. Devin Harrington at Temporal did that with onboarding. He built the whole process out in Serval himself in about two days, and now everything a new hire needs gets set in motion the moment they're added to the HR system. A lot of the teams I talk to still run onboarding off a checklist and a pile of Slack messages, so seeing it just run on its own is pretty fun to watch. Devin's walking through exactly how he built it on Nov 5 and I'll be there asking him all the questions people tend to wonder. If onboarding is on your list this year, come hang out. An Abridge employee submits a travel request. Serval reaches into Ramp, creates a virtual card, and sets the daily limit based on the employee’s role on the org chart. No back-and-forth with Finance. It’s one of 300+ workflows Abridge runs on Serval today, alongside 13 proactive agents and a 50%+ automation rate. Next, they're rolling out access request workflows across every application. Abridge is migrating to Okta, and Catalyst, Serval's automation agent, is rebuilding those workflows across 74 apps. We love building with the Abridge team.
