I moved from Paris to San Francisco 3 months ago, to join Rox as founding designer. Forget CRMs, Rox runs agent swarms to automate sales admin and grow your revenue. I'm hiring a world-class product designer and brand designer to take Rox to the next level. Who should I talk to?

Personal update: I moved from Paris to San Francisco! To join Rox as founding designer, and learn alongside heroes. I'll continue helping Side School as a board member. Zineb, my cofounder, is truly stellar and I must thank her. SF is the best place in the world for those who seek discovery. If you dream of California too, follow the sun and come see me :)

Exciting announcement: Rox is partnering with Microsoft to bring our Revenue Agents directly to Microsoft Co-pilot! Rox.com builds Revenue Agents for the Global 2000. Since launching from stealth last year, we have served 5000+ leading organizations across financial services, energy, healthcare, manufacturing, semiconductors, and sovereign AI stacks. Working with end users (AEs & AMs) in these companies, it’s clear having Rox agents available via Microsoft Copilot will significantly boost productivity. → Here’s why: Customer-facing reps spend a huge portion of their day creating slide decks, responding to emails, and filling out proposals, all within M365. → Two common workflows: 1. Proposals: Teams often receive RFPs in Excel with dozens of detailed questions on SLAs, Support, and InfoSec. Answering them requires deep organizational knowledge. 2. Slide decks: Preparing QBRs and account plans means pulling information from usage data, customer history, org charts, and public sources. → The challenge? This information is spread across countless systems. Reps need a conversational agent that can search, synthesize, orchestrate, and reason across all of it. That’s where Rox shines. Today, enterprise data is fragmented across CRMs, ERPs, support platforms, warehouses, and unstructured sources like email, call transcripts, and the open web. One of our early hypotheses was that CRM data would increasingly flow into the warehouse - and today, we see this across our customer base, many of whom rely on Azure Databricks. → That’s why Rox was built to be warehouse-native from day one. On top of the warehouse, we’ve built a proprietary knowledge graph that unifies data from all these sources. Rox then deploys a swarm of agents - one agent per customer relationship - responsible for research, outreach, meeting prep, opportunity management, and more. The result: the CRM becomes invisible, and end users simply chat with their agent to get work done. → Rox already runs 25M+ agents and processes 1T+ tokens in production. Integrating this power into Microsoft Copilot brings our agents directly into the tools where enterprise teams already work - unlocking speed, intelligence, and entirely new possibilities. ⏱️ The Rox agent will be available in the Microsoft App Store by the end of the year. Here is how it works, courtesy of Microsoft. We’re incredibly excited for what’s ahead - and for this next chapter in the partnership between Microsoft x Rox! Link to blog — https://lnkd.in/girqTtf5

Frustrated with your CRM? Puma Energy was too - until Puma ditched CRMs entirely and switched to Rox. Now, they’re winning with Rox Revenue Agents that plug directly into their data warehouse (and of course can integrate with your CRM if you’re not ready to let it go).

At Rox, we’ve spent the past year helping dozens of go-to-market teams navigate AI transformation - from sales and customer success to professional services and fast-growing tech companies. We’ve heard it all. From “AI is changing my life” to “I’m afraid AI will break things.” The truth is AI adoption doesn’t happen overnight. It’s as much about culture and behavior as it is about technology. As one CIO told me: “It’s about changing hearts and minds.” After working with dozens of GTM teams, here’s what really moved the needle for adoption that allowed our customers to see value in AI within 2-3 months👇 1) 🦸 Find and empower super users AI adoption spreads socially. People follow the early power users who demonstrate real wins. Put AI in the hands of people most excited about the technology, and when success cases emerge, amplify across the team and the org. Highlight the rep who got leads from an AI-assisted campaign, or do a workshop with the CSM who prepped for renewal calls in half the time. Visible wins are the best catalysts for company-wide momentum. 2) 💼 Start with specific, repeatable use cases The hardest problem in enterprise AI adoption is cold start - people know AI can help, but they don’t know where to start. Have a set of specific use cases ready to go for the end user - prep a meeting, send a follow up email, prioritize accounts - so they can try them out and quickly get value. Once the use cases click, people are more encouraged to try new things. 3) ▶️ Power org-wide strategic initiatives with AI Org-wide initiatives are natural avenues to deploy AI at scale. AI can accelerate the speed of GTM execution across the team when it’s part of the playbook - Running an AI-enabled sales play for your team, develop an AI scorecard to prioritize customers for cross-selling a new product, use AI to do deep account research for quarterly planning. If a use case works, it's time to integrate it into a system. The best part of all is seeing that moment when someone lights up and says, “This just saved me hours,” or “this helped me close a customer” - and you can feel everything starting to change! If you’re interested in helping the world’s leading enterprises transform their revenue teams with AI, we’re hiring across many roles. Feel free to message me or check out https://lnkd.in/gQhR6R3R.
