Midweek check-in: Did your Monday plan survive Wednesday? On Monday, you set: a Not-This-Week list your Big 3 outcomes one default time block one tiny connection move By Wednesday, real life usually shows up: unexpected calls, random tasks, surprise fires. That’s normal. What matters is how you reset now, not how “perfect” Monday looked. Here’s a 7-minute Midweek Audit you can run today 👇 1️⃣ Big 3 Reality Check Look at your Big 3 for this week and ask: Still relevant? (Yes / No) Still realistic? (Yes / No) If not, update them. You’re not “quitting” — you’re making the plan match your actual week. Keep 1–2 must-win outcomes. Everything else is bonus, not baggage. 2️⃣ Fix your “Not-This-Week” list If your calendar is full again, your Not-This-Week list leaked. Write down 1–2 things you need to actively say no to for the rest of this week: “No new side projects” “No calls without agenda” “No ‘can you quickly review this?’ if it ruins my focus block” Clarity is kind. First for you, then for everyone else. 3️⃣ Protect (or move) your default time Be honest: Did you keep your daily 25–30 min block? If not, is the time wrong or the habit weak? You can move the time. You cannot keep deleting it and expect change. Pick a time for the next 3 days only: “From : to : I work only on: resume / job search / portfolio / skill-building.” Set an alarm. Treat it like an exam slot. 4️⃣ Log one tiny win Your brain needs proof you’re not stuck. Write down 1 win from this week so far: I messaged someone I respect. I updated one section of my resume. I watched less and built more. I showed up even when I didn’t feel like it. Tiny wins are how you rebuild trust with yourself. You don’t need a new life plan every week. You just need: Big 3 that still make sense A real “Not-This-Week” boundary One protected block One honest win Do this, and the week stops feeling like it’s happening to you. If you want a room where people actually check in on this with you (and not just double-tap your “motivation” post), that’s what RISEUP is for: Resume, interview, and portfolio help Threaded Q&A you can come back to later Copy-ready templates + real case studies Weekly audio show with simple, do-able actions Early members still get a free first-year tier so you can grow with it, not just consume it. If you want that kind of space, comment RISEUP and I’ll DM you the invite.

It is Sunday night. Tomorrow is Monday, a new job ad shows up, and a voice inside says, "That is it, get out." Leaving is sometimes the right call. A bad month can feel exactly the same. करियर एक खोज (Career Ek Khoj), the live show from RISEUP@work with Deepak Bhootra and Nilesh Kataria, takes that question head on. Episode 2 जॉब छोड़ने का मन है। जाऊँ या रहूँ? (Job Chhodne Ka Mann Hai. Jaoon Ya Rahoon?) I feel like quitting. Should I go or stay? We look at how to tell whether you are running away or moving toward something better, how to see all four directions of the decision with Push-Pull, and what to check before you resign. खोजी की सोच, फ़ौजी का जोश (Khoji ki Soch, Fauji ka Josh). We start as the Khoji and finish as the Fauji. Your marching orders: one page, four boxes, three points in each, before you even think about resigning. Thursday, 29 October 2026, 6:30 PM IST Every episode goes into the CAREER EK KHOJ playlist on the RISEUP@work YouTube channel.
