I hate getting voice notes. So we built them into Ringtime. I get it. Talking is easier than typing a short, clear message. But I’m no AI. I can’t skim three minutes of audio for the one line I need. Well... Ringtime can. Now, frontline candidates can answer a Ringtime screening on WhatsApp with a voice note. Phone flat in front of the mouth, the way my daughters do it. After a long shift, nobody wants to type out five years of warehouse experience. So they say it. Ringtime listens, files the answer in the candidate record and asks the next question. The recruiter reads “5 years, reach truck, nights”. That's it. The candidate gets to talk. The recruiter gets the short, to-the-point answer. I still hate voice notes. Just not these.
