Hi %FIRSTNAME%-- I was wondering if your team loses sales to "no response" more than they should... What if your team could see when a deal starts to stall AND knew exactly what to do next to keep the deal moving? Hi, I'm David. I'm the CEO at CoachPilot. I wanted to see if you and your team would like an unfair advantage over your competitors--the ability see risks early, remove them faster, and close more. Can I show you how it works?

The most common thing I hear from senior people in professional services firms is that they do not have time to bring the next generation along. They want to, they remember who invested in them, they know it matters. But they are billing, they are managing, they are doing the work that keeps the firm running. The mentoring gets squeezed to the edges of the day and then it falls off entirely. The junior staff feel it. They are trying to figure out how to handle a difficult client conversation, how to position a piece of advice, how to read a room and know when to push and when to hold back. And the person who knows all of that is in back to back meetings until six. I have witnessed this for my entire career. Partners who genuinely wanted to coach, but rarely do they have time to practice the right BD behaviours, let alone teach them. You cannot fix that with good intentions. You have to build something that carries the coaching into the moment when it is needed, not just the quarterly review. That is what we spent this last year building, not a training platform and not another module to complete. This is something that sits alongside the work and gives people the guidance they need at the exact moment they need it. The expertise in your firm is real. The question is whether it stays locked in the heads of your senior people, or whether you find a way to scale it. If you want to see how Ricavi by Coach Pilot makes that possible, send me a message. I am genuinely happy to walk you through it.

A partner at a mid-size firm told me recently that she spends thirty minutes every morning just trying to figure out what needs her attention from a sales perspective. She is not doing the work yet. She is just working out where to start. I think about that a lot. Because that forty minutes is not billable. It is not strategic. It is just friction, and it happens every single day across every professional services firm I have ever spoken to. What Coach Pilot does is remove that friction. You wake up and the briefing is already there. Here are your meetings today. Here is what we know about those clients. Here is what is at risk in your current work. Here is what you need to do about it. Not a dashboard you have to interpret, not a report you have to run. It is just the next right action, based on how your firm actually works. For a profession that runs on billable time, getting that forty minutes back every single day is not a small thing. Across a team of twenty, it is a very large thing. The work is still yours. We are just making sure you get to it faster. If you want to understand how this would work inside your firm, send me a message. I would love to show you.

Gartner: by 2028, 40% of B2B sales orgs will run agentic AI with reinforcement learning. We built that with Ricavi by Coach Pilot. The three of us - David Fastuca, Luigi P. and me. Not because we predicted the Gartner report. Because we kept sitting across from revenue leaders who were watching their best reps win deals and had no idea why, and their average reps lose deals they should have won, and nobody could close the gap between the two fast enough to matter. Ricavi by Coach Pilot is agentic AI for B2B sales execution. It learns from what is actually happening in your pipeline. It surfaces the right guidance, at the right deal moment, for the partner or consultant who needs it. Not after the deal is lost, during it. We are also aware that being early to something Gartner is now calling out as a category shift is a rare thing. The kind of thing you do not take for granted. The next few years are going to be an incredible adventure.

He is a 10, but he sends the pitch slap the second you accept his connection request... We did an episode on the sales tactics that give us the ick, and honestly, the list got long fast. The "just following up" email. The automated LinkedIn pitch that lands before you have even finished clicking accept. The four-email cadence that ends in a breakup email from someone who never once picked up the phone. The demo that starts before anyone has bothered to understand who you are or what you actually need. And the classic end-of-quarter pressure close, where suddenly your problem becomes their quota. But the one that really stings? The post-sale drop-off and transition to customer success. You had a brilliant experience with the seller, you were all in, and then the moment the contract was signed, the experience fell off a cliff. You were not being retained, you were being forgotten. Every single one of these icks comes back to the same thing. The trust equation. When a tactic is designed around the seller's need rather than the buyer's, people feel it. And these days, buyers are informed enough to walk. See how top performers win work without giving buyers the ick: Listen: the Revenue Leaders podcast: https://lnkd.in/gRxzM3zx
