Delighted to share my conversation with Epi Ludvik on BOLDtalks, where we dug into building RevvedUp & rethinking ABM with AI. We covered: - The story behind RevvedUp and why we set out to reinvent ABM - How to deliver hyper-relevant campaigns at scale without losing the human-touch - The critical balance between speed and genuine impact in modern go-to-market motions - Why scaling broken processes just amplifies inefficiency in many scenarios - The surprising areas where AI is already exceeding expectations A few key takeaways: “Framing ‘efficiency’ and ‘effectiveness’ as a trade-off is a false dichotomy. We have to do both.” “Many AI tools – notably AI SDRs – are immensely efficient… at scaling stuff that doesn’t really work.” “People totally believe AI is 100× faster than humans. But they don’t believe it is better.” “In research and content creation, with the right guidance and inputs, AI is now producing world-class quality.” Listen to the full discussion, and let me know which insights resonate most with your GTM journey! https://lnkd.in/eJddZU22 #b2b #revenue #saas #sales #marketing #abm

Hold the press! There's a major gap between how most people sell today; and how buyer's actually want to engage. OK, well maybe that's not exactly news. We see it show up in every major report published - from eroding pipeline coverage to the dire state of quota attainment - and we know it from speaking with peers and colleagues who're struggling for real in the trenches. Go-to-Market is undergoing a fundamental shift across every vector. One of those studies has just been released by Insight Revenue and I'd recommend you give it a read. There's a ton of interesting and useful findings in there... Which is why I'm so excited to be joining the author of the report, 🧭Zachary Gropper for a webinar on the State of Revenue 2025: Closing the Buying and Selling Gap Even better? We'll be joined by the wonderful Sara Archer who has shared many brilliant insights in the past thanks to the rich data-set she sits on at ChartMogul. Don't miss this one! It's June 4th at 1pm BST. Most SDR teams hire in pairs at a minim, and more typically cohorts for a good reason. Tools, data and training are the same—yet some reps connect with prospects (and work out) whilst others don’t. Why? Because they bring a unique voice: humor, storytelling or straight-shooting analysis. And those unique approaches are what connects with different prospects. Which is why I'm really excited about our latest release at RevvedUp! With RevvedUp’s latest feature, you can test five distinct personalities in parallel—storyteller, analyst, direct, dynamic and minimalist—and see exactly what resonates in your market. Already found a winning style? Upload your own persona and let our AI scale it with remarkable accuracy to the original approach. It's just another way we're helping you to cut through the noise and hedge your outreach bets. If you're interested in learning more about how personality can build pipeline, check out our post! If you've not yet read the findings from Insight Revenue's 'State of Revenue 2025' report, it's worth a glance. But if you're too busy to read the actual report, here are 4 key take-aways I got from it: 🤝 Trust is your currency. Buyers tune out generic pitches and stick with vendors they believe will actually deliver. Embed proof-points and third-party validation at every stage. 🟰 Quantify outcomes, not features. Vague ROI claims fall flat. Anchor conversations around specific metrics—time saved, revenue gained, cost avoided—to sharpen your value story. 💡 Lead with insights, not scripts. Top teams drop rigid playbooks in favour of strategic dialogues: co-create a tailored value plan and guide buyers through each decision point. 🩺 Turn discovery into diagnosis. Swap checkbox questionnaires for consultative conversations that uncover root causes, business imperatives and hidden roadblocks. These are some golden approach to improving your revenue performance by closing the buyer-seller divide, which is sadly wider than ever. If it's a topic you'd like to learn more about, then you should me, Sara Archer and the report's author 🧭Zachary Gropper on our upcoming webinar. More details below! #b2b #marketing #sales #revenue #scaleups

One thing I hear a lot is how almost every revenue leader is being - either implicitly or explicitly - mandated to incorporate AI in their workflows. But given there are 1000s of tools flooding the market, it's not always obvious where to start. My suggestion - focus on a clear use case first, then the tool. (I see a lot of people going though other way around, seeing a tool with great LinkedIn presence, then trying to reverse engineer a way to make it work in their org). To help get you started, here are 34 different use cases and samples tools you could use for each: Ideal Customer List Building with Ocean.io Persona building with ChatGPT Competitive Intelligence & Market Monitoring with Crayon Market Research & Insights Mining with AlphaSense Predictive Lead Scoring & Qualification with MadKudu Account and Prospect Research with RevvedUp Blog Creation with Jasper Social Media Content Repurposing with Lately.AI Content Creation for ABM with RevvedUp SEO Content Optimization & Planning with MarketMuse by Siteimprove Ad Copy & Creative Generation with AdCreative.ai 1:1 Website Personalization for ABM with RevvedUp Conversational Lead Qualification Bot with Conversica Automated Lead Nurturing Emails with RevvedUp Sales Email Coaching & Optimization with Lavendar Inc Meeting Transcription & Summaries with tl;dv - AI Meeting Assistant Conversation Intelligence & Deal Insights with Gong Real-Time Sales Call Coaching with Clari Copilot Automated CRM Data Entry with Glyphic Pipeline Risk Analysis & Deal Scoring with Ebsta Sales Forecasting & Pipeline Prediction with Aviso AI RFP & Proposal Response Automation with Loopio Contract Review & Risk Compliance with Lexion Sales Training Content Creation with Spekit 🐙 Customer Support AI Chatbot with Intercom Ticket Triage & Routing Automation with Forethought Customer Feedback & Sentiment Analysis with Chattermill Customer Churn Prediction (Health Scoring) with Hook Upsell/Cross-Sell Opportunity Identification with Gainsight AI Sales Coaching Simulations with Second Nature Personalized Video Outreach at Scale with Sendspark Signal Based list building with Clay Social Signal tracking with Trigify.io Account Based Marketing with RevvedUp What am I missing? Here’s what the average 2025‐era LinkedIn guru says a winning cold-email looks like: Subject: 2–4 words, curiosity-driven (e.g. “Quick question”) Reply – Format: plain-text, no links in the first touch, ≤150 words (ideally <60), 3–5 sentences Tone: brief, valuable, human—ditch corporate fluff Opener: one personalized observation (“I noticed you…”), tied to a real signal in their world Body: frame 1 pain point or goal, show how you helped a peer (social proof) **** So, guess what all of your competitors emails look and sound like? And what's the mental model for a spam email in the recipients mind? 👆 You got it, it's those emails that follow the same templates that non-operators try to tell operators are the silver bullet to 1000s of meetings a week! **** What's the actual reality? It's completely different for each client, industry, ICP... One of our clients was going against every best practice in the book: Long emails Narratives and stories Quite a lot about their product/service Direct CTAs And because it was undeniably unique and human, they were getting killer replies! For others the emails are really analytical, sometimes they're a bit funny. Short or long, serious or friendly, direct or indirect CTA...they can all work or fail. The key is to think from first principles and learn what works from doing; combined with a really deep, rigorous understanding of your market and prospects. Because the only universal truth is - it has to be relevant to the prospect. How you package that up is why genuinely good outbound remains both creative and hard. **** What are you finding works that you wouldn't expect to see in a cut-and-paste LinkedIn post? #b2b #pipeline #abm #sales #marketing
