You're waiting to feel ready. You will not feel ready. Nobody has ever felt ready. Not after the next invoice is paid. Or when things get a bit quieter. Or once the market picks up. If the move from contingent to retained has been circling your head for months, just book a call with us. And before you say it, no, you won't be wasting our time if you're not there yet. Honestly, the best version of this conversation happens months before you need it. Every recruiter who's made this work booked before they felt ready, then worked it out from there. Don't book a call with us if you're happy. Genuinely. If contingent's working, your fill rate's healthy and your clients pay on time, stay exactly where you are. This is for the ones doing the maths and not liking the answer. I know because I was one of them. Mine was when I worked out how many hours I'd spent that year working for free, versus how many I'd actually been paid for. If that's you, come and have a look round: https://lnkd.in/ec7fNyVC

Sent a proposal and never heard back? That's why I stopped sending them. I present them instead. That way the objection comes out on a call, where I can actually answer it. I've put the full approach into a free 5-part video series.

When you email a proposal, it lands in a leadership meeting you're not in. Someone asks, "What if we pay them and they don't fill it?" Nobody in the room can answer. So they go contingent, or with a bigger name, and you never find out why. So now when a client asks for a proposal, I say yes. Then I book the time to walk them through it. That's one part of moving from contingent to retained. I've put the rest into a free 5-part video series: - Why contingent stalls - The script I use to raise retained with clients you already have - The numbers behind the shift

Sent the proposal and never heard back? Jordan stopped sending them. He presents instead. Same content, completely different conversation. The objections surface in the room, where you can actually handle them. Free 5-part video series on winning retained.

Sent the proposal and never heard back? That's why I stopped sending them. I present instead. A document in an inbox gets read alone, at speed, next to twelve other things. Every objection the client has, they have on their own, with nobody there to answer it. Present the same content and the awkward questions come up in the room. Where you can answer them. Free 5-part video series on winning retained.
