We built a data center. Most sample BIM models are tiny. Simple structure. Low polygon count. Clean geometry. They make every viewer look capable. Production federated models are a different challenge. Hundreds of millions of polygons. Multiple disciplines. Dense coordination zones. That's where viewers actually get tested. And that's what Resolve is built to handle. We partnered with STE | Design Planning and Management to build a fully federated LOD350 data center model. The Resolve Hyperscale Sample Model is a 500M polygon data center campus. Three data halls. An admin area. Full site context. Complex MEP throughout. It's the kind of complexity our customers deal with every day. And it's the standard we hold ourselves to. This model loads on your browser, iPad or Meta Quest. Want to see it? Construction teams spend millions creating incredibly detailed BIM models that most people on a construction project will never open. The problem isn't BIM itself. It's expecting everyone in construction to interact with it the same way. From office to field, people have vastly different expertise, responsibilities, and questions they need answered. That's what BIM should help them do: answer questions. Resolve has spent years building a rendering platform that makes it easy, and even enjoyable, to access the world's most complex BIM models on standard hardware. No need to upgrade your GPUs. Now, AI is accelerating our ability to build purpose-built experiences tailored to each team's needs, connected to the same model and the rest of their project data. The right information, to the right people, at the right time, with the spatial context to act on it. The days of one-size-fits-all BIM software are numbered. We're already working with a few industry leading teams to build purpose-built experiences on top of Resolve. Their field teams love how easy it is to use and now the interface is adapting to them even more. If you have a workflow you've always wished BIM could support send me a DM!

Did you miss our Q&A with Fortis Construction, Inc. yesterday? Check out the highlight reel, which explains just how complicated this project was, and how they used Resolve to problem solve during global collaboration sessions. There were so many great moments, it's hard to pick just one as our favorite part. - The insane complexity of the project - The 'wow' moment Hardarshan Singh had when he first experienced a model in VR - VDC Manager Gizelle Grace Ambasan talking about how they sped up decisions - Project Exec Todd Andersen explaining how Resolve helped the team do things right the first time. Most teams are under pressure to finish projects on time. On October 13, Fortis Construction’s PX, VDC, and BIM leaders walk you through how they created one reliable model, kept global teams aligned, and delivered a hyperscale data center early. You’ll see the workflows, decisions, and lessons they’d repea, so you can raise the bar on your own projects and ask them direct questions in the live Q&A.
