Most outbound teams try to fix pipeline with more reps. Secure Code Warrior supercharged their pipeline with an AI workforce. 🔎 One agent researches the account 🎯 One finds the security buyers ✍️ One writes the copy → AI agents now drive 43% of pipeline, up from 1 in 5 dollars in Q4 2025. 🎥 Watch Matthew Sanford and Matthew W. tell the story.

There are two kinds of AI agents at every company right now. The ones people build for themselves. Fast, scrappy, genuinely useful. And the ones the whole company can rely on. Most teams have plenty of the first kind and almost none of the second. Not because the technology or the builders are bad. Because what works for one person doesn't automatically work for the whole company. So everyone builds their own. You end up with a personal "call prep", "call prep v2" and so on, and nobody knows which one to trust from a company perspective. Confluent figured it out. Erik Hagen and Mike Yerke kept the rule simple: → Personal AI agents in Claude Code? Encouraged. Go experiment. → An AI agent a team depends on? It goes through the Applied AI team. Why the line? → Security and compliance get checked once, properly → Cost stays under control → Tools built for one AI agent get reused by the next ten The best part? The builds that proved themselves got a clear path to production, instead of dying on someone's laptop. On September 29, Erik and Mike walk through where that line sits, and how a personal AI agent graduates into one the whole company can rely on. Then we demo a live multi-agent system and take your questions. Paul Staelin, our Chief Customer Officer, hosts. 🗓️ Tuesday, September 29 ⏰ 11am PT / 2pm ET / 6pm GMT 🔗 Save your seat: https://lnkd.in/d942wfFC Can't make it live? Register anyway. The first 90% of an AI agent takes an afternoon. The last 10% is the actual job. That's how Confluent's Applied AI team puts it. Erik Hagen and Mike Yerke took agents into production there, and the shell was never the hard part. The last 10% is where the real decisions live: → What actually matters to your business, written down as rules → The deterministic checks that keep the agent on the rails → The security and cost controls before anything touches production → The evals that prove it works before you scale it Most teams skip this part. Then they wonder why the demo never made it to production. On September 29, Erik and Mike spill the beans on how they did it at Confluent. Then we demo a live agent system and take your questions after. Paul Staelin, our Chief Customer Officer, hosts. 🗓️ Tuesday, September 29 ⏰ 11am PT / 2pm ET / 6pm GMT 🔗 Save your seat: https://lnkd.in/ehKWV2Qq Can't make it live? Register anyway. Your best reps spend half their day on work that AI Agents should be doing. Chasing inbound leads. Qualifying the ones that go nowhere. Routing the rest by hand. Uber for Business decided that wasn't their reps' job anymore. So they handed it to agents: → An agent qualifies every inbound lead (screening for budget, authority) and routes it, so reps only ever open real, qualified deals → Autonomous agent teams in production, built by their revenue team, not engineers → Sellers spend their day selling, not sorting That's the jump most teams keep talking about and never make: from AI that helps your people work faster, to AI that does the work so your people do more of what actually moves the number. And they're scaling fast beyond $5B without asking reps to send more, standard emails. They're handing the repetitive half to agents instead. Nicole Peinado runs the revenue tech stack at Uber for Business. On July 29 she's walking through exactly how they pick use cases, build the agents, and measure the ROI, with Daniel Vassilev, plus live Q&A. If you carry a number in Sales, Marketing, RevOps or GTM, this is the one to watch. 🗓️ July 29, 11am PT / 2pm ET / 6pm GMT. Go save your seat 👉 https://lnkd.in/eWRmnbeC P.S. That inbound agent didn't get to run solo on day one. It earned it. Nicole gets into how.

Say "autonomous AI agent" and most Sales leaders hear one thing: it's going to email a prospect something reckless while nobody's watching. Here's how Uber for Business made sure it didn't. Their autonomous inbound agent emails each lead with questions to learn budget and authority, qualifies them on the answers, then routes each one to the right rep. But it didn't get to run solo on day one. It earned that: → Week one, a human reviewed every single email before it sent → It only ran on its own once it proved reliable → Now it makes its own decisions, and escalates only what it's genuinely unsure about → Humans stay in the loop by design, not because the AI failed, but because the agent chose to loop them in That's the part skeptics miss. Autonomous doesn't mean reckless. It means the agent earned the right to run. And that's the jump most teams never make: from AI copilots that help you work, to AI autopilot that does the work while you sleep. Nicole Peinado owns the revenue tech stack at Uber for Business, a ~$5B business heading for $10B. She's walking through the full rollout with Daniel Vassilev on July 29. Live walkthrough, live Q&A after that. If you're in Sales, Marketing, RevOps or GTM and your real question is "how do I hire autonomous AI agent teams across my business, trust them, and measure ROI," this one's for you. 🗓️ July 29, 11am PT / 2pm ET / 6pm GMT. Save your seat 👉 https://lnkd.in/evpehb5g P.S. She'll also get into the 35,000 dealership accounts they mapped with a separate data agent. That one's a fun story.

My team at Varicent now runs multiple autonomous AI agents in production. None of them built by engineers. Here’s how we decided what to automate and how we shipped them. I’m joining Daniel Vassilev, Co-CEO of Relevance AI, for a live conversation on June 23. We’ll walk through how my team has been building autonomous AI agents at Varicent. The framework we use to decide what to automate. The agents already running across prospecting, meeting prep, finance and more. And what it looks like to move beyond copilots into true autonomy. Real progress comes when AI shifts from helping you do the work to doing the work for you. If you’re a RevOps, SalesOps, Operations or GTM leader looking to unlock more productivity across your teams, come join us. June 23, 8am PT / 11am ET / 3pm GMT.
