Two companies worth $8.5B combined, HiBob and n8n, are opening up their sales comp planning. FY27 planning season just started and sales compensation is again going to be a critical part of it, as it represents the biggest go-to-market investment for most B2B companies. Yet, Finance, HR & RevOps usually have very different opinions on it. Which is typically where your annual planning can break, and start on the wrong foot. ❌ A plan can fit the budget but fail to drive behavior. ❌ It can motivate sellers but reward the wrong outcomes. ❌ It can go over budget even when the team hits exactly 100% of target. ❌ And it can look great on paper while leaving employees confused about their pay. That’s why we’re bringing HiBob and n8n together. ⭐️ Joe Garafalo General Manager FP&A at HiBob, co-founder of Mosaic (acquired by HiBob), ⭐️ Anne-Charlotte Chauvet, Director of Business Operations, n8n ⭐️ Michael Kuntz, VP Finance, n8n. Here's how two companies worth $5.2B and $3.2B make it work. They will tell everything you need to know so you can crush 2027. 📅 Wednesday, October 21 🕐 8 a.m. PT | 11 a.m. ET | 5 p.m. CET 👉 Registration: https://lnkd.in/ekZuSCCQ

At Ogury Ltd, innovation isn't just about the products we bring to market—it's also about how we operate internally. Our goal has always been to build a better day-to-day experience for our commercial teams, aiming for total transparency, reliable data, and crystal-clear calculations. Qobra has been the platform making that possible. By streamlining and centralizing our compensation workflows into a single source of truth, we built a rock-solid operational foundation. They constantly listened to our feedback and shipped updates that elevated our entire process. Through this close partnership, I had the privilege of joining Qobra's AI Council alongside brilliant Sales Strategy, Ops, and RevOps peers. It was an incredible opportunity to exchange ideas on the future of AI in our field and get an early look at their latest innovation. Now, Qobra is taking that operational efficiency to the next level with a true game-changer. They just officially shipped three AI agents and an MCP server: 🏗️ The Architect: Builds and tests comp plans. 🔍 The Analyst: Catches errors before payout. 💡 The Coach: Answers reps directly. ⚙️ The MCP server: Runs it all from your own LLM. The Coach has been massive, giving our teams instant clarity on deal simulations and explaining detailed calculations directly to them. Meanwhile, The Analyst saved our team hours of manual digging by surfacing data and insights on past campaigns in a matter of seconds. The feedback across Ogury Ltd has been overwhelmingly positive—both from our commercial teams on the front lines and our Ops team behind the scenes. By letting Qobra's AI agents handle the operational heavy lifting, we spend far less time on repetitive query queues and more time driving strategic, fundamental improvements for our commercial engine. Huge shout-out to the Qobra team for building exceptional software, constantly listening to user feedback, and giving us a real seat at the table! 🚀 #RevOps #SalesOps #AI #SalesCompensation #Ogury #Qobra #Innovation

50 companies have left a competitor for us. Only one went the other way. All 50 were using the Spiff, Xactly and Everstage of the world. 50 - 1. I'm very proud of this, especially since we started in 2020 as the outsider. Being the outsider gave us more hunger than anything else. Something unstoppable. Le feu sacré. And why has this trend accelerated recently? Over the past few months, one thing became clear: clients and prospects now see us as the AI leader in this market. 🤖 Last week, a client switching from a competitor to us spontaneously said: "Your AI is 100% more advanced. Your competitor is nowhere near." AI is a generational transformation, and we are working hard to stay at the forefront of it in sales compensation. I'll take the AI leadership for now. Just Leadership is next.

🧮 Most commission errors have nothing to do with bad math. They start with unreliable people data. A promotion that wasn't reflected. A new hire missing from a plan. A manager whose team changed mid-quarter. None of those are calculation problems. They're HR data problems, and they quietly break payouts every single month. 🤝 So I'm excited to share that Qobra and HiBob entered into a strong partnership. 30+ of our customers already run their commissions on HiBob data. Today we’re making it official: HiBob data now flows into Qobra every day. HiBob stays the source of truth. Qobra reads from it, so plans always run on who people actually are today, not last quarter. When your comp engine and your HR system finally speak the same language, commission errors disappear. Thank you Ronni Zehavi, João Ferro Rodrigues, and the whole HiBob team for building this with us. On a more personal note, I’m incredibly proud to partner with such a company, well-known for their product excellence, growth & customer dedication. We gave ourselves twelve months to make Qobra AI-native. We shipped it in six. Today is the biggest release in our history: three AI agents and our MCP server, live for every customer. → The Architect builds and deploys comp plans from plain language, and explains its rules to whoever inherits it. → The Analyst catches the errors before they are paid, not three months after. → The Coach answers any rep instantly, on their own plan and their own numbers. → Our MCP server lets you run all of it from your AI stack. We thought we’d need 12 months to let agents handle it end-to-end. We shipped it all in one release, much earlier than expected. This was possible thanks to our customers, and specifically a group of 20 of them: the AI Council. Two months of beta, working sessions, recorded feedback, real plans, and real payouts. What they got: • A report that took 3 hours now takes 3 minutes. • A live compensation plan audited against its own source document. Zero errors found. Weeks saved on comp plan updates. • +90% of comp questions handled without a human, in a 300-person sales organization. • 100,000+ MCP calls, with exponential daily usage. • And my favorite, from a compensation manager: "It was like having an additional person in my team." Legacy comp tools were built so you'd need an integrator for every change. We've been fighting this model for years. Your sales comp platform should work for you, not against you. Today, that belief takes its biggest leap: you're no longer running commissions; you're supervising agents that run them. I couldn’t be prouder of the team. It’s simply iconic to work with you all! And thank you to the caring AI Council; you’re special. 🫶 To discover the new Qobra, I am personally running a live session on October 7th. Click here to save your seat: https://ai.qobra.co/
