If you build SaaS, your customers need to hear more than "we have integrations." Our CTO, Tanner Burson, and I got into why in a recent fireside chat: https://lnkd.in/gpJ62bJG When we started Prismatic in 2019, making your product fit into each customer's business was mainly about providing integrations and a marketplace where customers could turn them on and off. That's still part of it. But the market has moved from "integrations are enough" to "integrations are the baseline." Today's SaaS customers also want to build workflows that automate their own processes and let AI agents take action inside your product. I like how Tanner explained this in our chat: "They’re no longer willing to accept one version, one path through the product." Their expectations are increasing drastically around being able to control and customize it. Giving them ways to do that has become a huge part of the defensibility of any SaaS product. If they can't do it inside your product and go solve it somewhere else, you lose that part of the value chain, and over time your product becomes less crucial. Tanner and I spent about 30 minutes on what that means for how modern SaaS products get built. If you're thinking about the same thing, I hope you'll give it a watch.

One-size-fits-all software is dead. Your customers killed it. They expect your product to adapt to how they work, not the other way around. Watch Prismatic's CEO and CTO for a fireside chat on how an embedded iPaaS makes products extensible, so customers can connect their tools, shape their workflows, and put agents to work without your team rebuilding from scratch.
