We’ve been talking about the "centers of influence" at Praytell for a while now for a simple reason: the way people consume content has fundamentally changed. Audiences don't experience brands in neat, siloed channels anymore. They move through interconnected webs of media, creators, and social feeds. A one-size-fits-all approach just doesn't land. To help brands break through today, we connected those dots using better systems, smarter tech, and world-class talent. I’m so proud of how our Influence Department has evolved and grown. Led by Ciara Benko, alongside an incredible lineup of leaders—Paige Weber (Media), Catherine O'Neill (Creator), Danielle Moreno (Creator), and Sofia Gomes (Social)—this team is actively building offerings that reflect how modern trust is built. It has been a true labor of love, and it was such a treat to see this dream team spotlighted in PRWeek this week! Read the full story here: https://lnkd.in/gVbxd389

Praytell's Centers of Influence Dept. is officially open for business!!! Well, technically, we launched the Influence Department back in January 2025 to bring together our Media and Influencer teams under one integrated umbrella. The goal was to create a structure that allows our teams to think more holistically about how stories, creators, communities and content move across channels. Over the last few months, we’ve continued evolving that vision, bringing the Social practice into the fold - and “rebranding” the influencer marketing discipline as Creator Marketing, which includes our Paid Media team and fast-growing Creator Studio. I’m positively giddy (!!) to be forging ahead with this killer team by my side: Catherine O'Neill and Danielle Moreno running Creators, Paige Weber running Media, and Sofia Gomes running Social. Big thanks to Julia Walker at PRWeek for the delightful interview, and as she shared in the piece: we’re going to be unstoppable!! https://lnkd.in/g7nyq6n9

nobody: me: we’re in our ✨personality era✨ pls stop letting these "social media experts" convince y'all that one format is better than the other 😂 every few months there's a new "long-form is back" or "short-form is dead" take, when the real tea is: we're consuming more of both. in the personality era report x Praytell, we discuss how we're living through the media barbell effect, which is this idea that our attention is split between two extremes: on one end, it's 30-second clips. on the other, it's 3-hour deep dives. think about your favorite podcast. maybe you catch a 30-second clip on your ig feed. the convo catches your attention, you cackle, you relate, you get curious + the next thing you know, you're watching the entire episode. you pickin up what i’m puttin down? short-form is the intro. long-form keeps the ppl entertained. and personality is the reason we stick around for both 🤭 read more about the personality era here: https://lnkd.in/eixsGrFk

Everyone wants the viral clip. Fewer people want to build the body of work that makes the clip credible. There, we said it. Praytell Culture Strategist Chelsey Harrell breaks down the media barbell effect: why we’re all obsessed with either 30-second clips, or 3-hour deep dives and why both are two halves of the same trust system. Is total decentralization actually working? Maybe not. Praytell Director of Media Strategy Katie Goyette Riva tackles the crucial tension between the rising power of personalities on the internet, and the enduring need for traditional media as verifiers and fact-checkers. Turns out, we want to hear from both. 🚨 EXCITING AGENCY UPDATE!!! 🚨 At Praytell, growth has always started with a different question: What gets us closer? Closer to our clients. Closer to culture. Closer to the communities, conversations and perspectives shaping what’s next. Sometimes that means hiring someone incredible. Sometimes it’s building a new capability. And sometimes it’s putting down roots somewhere new. That’s what brings us here today. I’m excited to share that Praytell is launching our new Asia hub in Singapore. For us, this isn’t simply about opening an office. It’s about showing up. Spending more time with the people and cultures shaping our clients’ worlds. Listening and learning. And creating work that’s stronger because of it. To guide this next chapter, we’re welcoming Debbie Chin as Executive Vice President, Asia. With 25 years of global communications experience spanning London, Shanghai and Singapore, partnering with some of the world’s leading brands, I can’t think of a better person to shape Praytell’s future across the region. (And above is serendipitous photo I snapped upon our first meeting in Singapore, alongside Project Growth Leader Charles Robinson) Based out of the Project Worldwide Hub in Singapore, our team will also collaborate closely with our sister agencies George P Johnson Experience Marketing and DARKHORSE to bring communications, experiential and creative expertise together. As Praytell grows, our mission hasn’t changed: doing cool shit with friends 😉and creating work that earns attention, builds connection and drives impact. Here’s to getting a little closer. A big thanks to PRWeek and Campaign Asia-Pacific for sharing this news: https://lnkd.in/gcNY5Jgn https://lnkd.in/gcQREkFq
