I’ve personally managed over $200M in legal ad spend… And if there is one thing I learned from deploying that much capital, it is this: "Digital Marketing" alone is rarely enough to build a market leader in personal injury. Right now, there is an abundance of digital agencies out there. And many of them are talented at what they do and should be hired by many law firms. But they are called “DIGITAL” marketing agencies for a reason. They specialize within a box. When you are an aggressive PI firm trying to become the market leader (or fighting to maintain #1 market share) you cannot afford to live in that box. When you focus only on digital, you miss the full picture of what drives aggressive growth: 1) Brand Lift: You miss the brand lift that makes the phone ring before a search term is ever typed. 2) Operations: You miss the operational systems required to handle volume without breaking. 3) Continuity: You miss the offline-to-online continuity that builds trust in a community. Digital is a powerful tool… but it is just one lever. The PI law firms that dominate aren't just winning on Google and social. They are winning in the mind of the consumer before they ever need your service. 🤔 Do you feel like a PI firm can gain #1 market share with digital tactics alone? ⬇️ Comment your thoughts below… I’m always curious about other takes. — 👉 Join dozens of other PI law firms that have moved beyond just ‘digital' to build 8 & 9-figure businesses. 📝 Send me a DM.

Do yourself a favor and search “lawyers dance” on TikTok. I’ll wait… What you’ll see started as a totally innocuous moment at a community event for Gordon McKernan Injury Attorneys. 👋 Hi, I'm Al Ludwig, CEO of Practice Made Perfect and former Head of Marketing at Gordon's... One of my team members grabbed Gordon, filmed a quick seven-second dance, and titled it something like “dance if you’re the best lawyer in the state…” That’s it. No strategy deck. No production. No media buy. That single clip went on to cross 1M+ views across platforms, sparked thousands of LOCAL comments, and accidentally launched a trend in Louisiana. And get this, the average watch time (9s) was longer than the video (7s) due to immediate repeat viewership. Soon it wasn’t just us. Lawyers all across Louisiana started doing their own versions. Different styles. Different tones. Some playful. Some competitive. Some throwing light jabs. Then it expanded beyond the legal space: Car dealers. Real estate agents. I think I even saw a plumber. All participating. All getting real organic reach. What looked like a “dumb little video” became: ✅ Free distribution ✅ Earned media ✅ Personality at scale ✅ And visibility money can’t really buy The best part? My social media manager now gets to say she helped start a viral statewide moment. And she should! 👏 The takeaway isn’t “lawyers should dance.” The takeaway is this: If you’re not actively looking for those small, human, even slightly goofy moments, you’re missing a massive piece of modern brand building. Those moments: ☑️ Put personality behind the headshot ☑️ Let people resonate with you, not just recognize you ☑️ Create organic attention instead of chasing it ☑️ Give others a reason to participate with your brand It’s funny how something so small can move so fast and so far. And it’s a reminder that sometimes the biggest impact doesn’t come from trying harder. It comes from being a little more human. PS - this also worked due to years of brand building and affinity… people recognized Gordon from the jump making them more engaged with the content. Brand improves all efforts. --- 🤔 Does your law firm need help with generating cases? Or building your brand? 📝 DM me.

12 signed cases from $2,900 in ad spend. All from Facebook and Instagram. 👋 Hi, I'm Al Ludwig, CEO of Practice Made Perfect, and we've managed $500M+ in law firm marketing... A client of ours spotted a unique opportunity in their region. Hundreds of potential victims. One problem… Most of them had no idea they had a case. Nobody was searching “can I sue” because nobody knew there was anything to sue over. Search ads are useless when there’s no search. Instead of waiting for intent, we created it. - Meta lead gen campaigns, geo-targeted to the affected area. - English and Spanish. - Static images over video, because they converted better here and deliver the entire message in a split second. - Messaging built for recognition, not persuasion… if you or a family member were in this situation during this window, this is for you. The ad did the qualifying before the intake team ever picked up the phone. 30 days later: - 186,000 very local impressions - 293 leads at $9.92 each - 12 signed cases at $242 per case Meta isn’t magic. It’s that intent-based marketing only catches people who already know they’re victims. When they don’t know yet, awareness does the heavy lifting to create self-selection based on relevancy. --- 🤔 Does your law firm need help with generating cases? Or building your brand? 📝 DM me. #legalmarketing #lawfirmmarketing #personalinjury

Hi, I'm Al Ludwig, CEO of Practice Made Perfect, and we've managed $500M+ in law firm marketing. 👋 I’ve spent the last decade inside personal injury marketing (agency side and in-house) building, breaking, fixing, and scaling systems that actually drive growth in highly competitive PI markets. I love running an agency... ➡️ 1-on-1s across the team ➡️ Strategy conversations with our current PI law firm clients ➡️ And marketing consultations with ambitious PI firms across the country There’s always more on the calendar. That’s exactly how I like it… close to the work, the thinking, and the decisions that matter. At PMP Marketing Group, the thesis is simple: 👉 An integrated marketing ecosystem… not isolated tactics. 👉 A clear view of total investment… not disconnected budgets. 👉 The ability to move dollars with intent… month to month, quarter to quarter, based on what the market is actually doing. Personal injury marketing can break down when systems get siloed. Spend gets trapped in buckets owned by different vendors, decisions get harder to make, and firms hesitate to adjust, even when the data is telling them to. For our clients, this means treating marketing as a living system. Brand, performance, media, creative. and operations working together. One strategy heading in one direction… with the flexibility to protect what’s working, fix what’s not, and respond to real market conditions without fear or friction. I’m excited about what we've built at PMP. And I’m excited to work with you. -- If you’re a PI firm thinking seriously about what’s next for your marketing, or you just want to talk strategy, ideas, or challenges you’re seeing in the space, my door’s open. 📩 DM me!
