Everyone's busy trying to make AI content sound less like AI, swapping out the phrases that give it away and getting a human to read it before it goes live. But that only cleans up the symptom. Most of this content is written to push a message out, when the thing that actually lands is content that answers what people were already asking. And the real questions are sitting in plain sight, in the threads, the comments, and the "has anyone else dealt with this" posts your audience writes every day. Here's what makes this more than a nice idea. SE Ranking looked at Google's top 10 across 100,000 searches, and 76.73% already had a social or community source in them. SE Visible checked AI answers, and two in three Google AI Overviews cited one too. So the conversations you could be listening to are the same ones Google and AI pull from when they answer. We spent the last year at Planable testing this on our own content. A lot of what we assumed would work didn't, and the honest account of what moved our AI visibility and what didn't turned out to be more useful than any tidy growth story. It's also why we built Social Listening into Planable, so the conversations worth learning from sit right next to the content you plan. If your calendar still runs on guesses, this one's worth your time. The full research, and the six-step workflow we actually use, are here 👉 https://lnkd.in/dXq--JsQ

about a year ago we decided to actually try showing up in AI answers. not talk about it, do it. so we threw everything at it. we made YouTube videos. we did carousels on Linkedin and Instagram. at one point we ran our own subreddit, which was exactly as much fun as it sounds. for months, nothing really moved. you publish, you check the AI answers, you're still not in them, repeat. the honest low point was realizing most of what we assumed would work was just us guessing with a content calendar. then one thing started showing up. not the brand account, not the big campaigns. articles published through personal profiles, actual people, in their own names. 8 of our 25 ended up cited in 422 AI answers.🕺 and it wasn't just us. the team at SE Ranking ran the numbers across 100,000 searches, and 76.73% of Google's top 10 already had a social or community source sitting in them. two in three AI overviews cited one too. turns out the thing feeding AI answers is mostly people talking, not brands publishing. the logo was the ceiling the whole time. so we flipped the whole process around. listen to what your niche is already asking, check which of those questions actually have search demand, then look at who AI cites before you make anything. the full year is written up on the Planable blog: the research, the workflow, the stuff that worked, and all the stuff that very much didn't 👉 https://lnkd.in/dPTDquhn

Today we're launching this huge thing called Social listening in Planable. Beyond your own analytics, beyond what's being said _to_ you in the comments on your posts... the ability to follow what's said _about_ you, about the relevant topics and competitors you want to follow. So you can join trends early, respond to your customers even when they're not tagging you, and get content inspiration from what works or doesn't for your competitors. It's an add-on, it'll generate expansions, PMM-me will like that. 😎 But it also comes with 30-day free trials on all paid plans, and upfront pricing that doesn't force you to talk to my nice sales colleagues. Unless you'd like that, then I recommend, they can give you special setups too. 😉 If I got your attention, check it out here: 👇 https://lnkd.in/dDde4Mh2

You bring the engagement numbers. Someone else brings the ranking report. Nobody brings how the brand's presence actually holds together. Pair the Planable and SE Ranking MCPs, and social, search and AI answers line up by topic in one read. See how it works.

Your calendar shows what performed. It cannot show what your audience is trying to find, which is the half that decides what to post next. The SE Ranking MCP brings the search demand, the Planable MCP turns it into drafts in your workspace. Try it on next month's calendar.

Some topics the brand ranks for and gets cited on, social has never touched. That is reach sitting there, already proven by two other channels. The SE Ranking MCP surfaces them, the Planable MCP drafts the posts. See how it works.
