It's time to own your success. 🚧 As projects grow and workloads become more predictable, owning your formwork can help create long-term value and planning certainty for your business. Robust systems are built to withstand the demands of daily use, while familiar equipment can help teams work efficiently on site. For companies with a steady pipeline of projects, ownership can become a cost-efficient option – particularly at utilisation rates of around 60% and above, where long-term rental setups are often reconsidered. Ready to take the next step? Make it yours. 🚀 #peri #constructionlife #concrete #formwork #contractor

🌊 The river was rising. The clock was ticking. And 1,352 metres of bridge still had to move forward. On the Sava Bridge project in Serbia, the race wasn't just against time – it was against nature itself. The team had only five months before the river's rising water levels would completely change the conditions on site. To keep the project flowing, pre-assembled formwork arrived ready for fast pier construction, helping crews move from one section to the next without losing momentum. 🚧 But speed alone wasn't enough. The site teams also had to master hydraulic movements carrying up to 80 tonnes. That meant hands-on training directly on site, turning complex engineering into confident execution. Because real progress happens when technology and teamwork move in sync. 🌉 How do you make sure your team is ready to master new technologies in practice? Tight timelines require a strategy that keeps your project moving. ⚙️ At the Port of Lake Charles in USA, we supported the construction of large concrete walls for the harbour expansion. 🏗️ For over 100 pier caps, we used a solution that delivered consistent results while supporting safe working conditions on site. 🦺 Instead of repeated set-up cycles, a climbing formwork system created a continuous workflow. This approach kept the project moving forward without interruption. For decision-makers, this means shorter construction times and more reliable planning. ⏩ The system also supports high safety standards on site. Overall, our solutions helped the project to take shape through structured processes. The smarter you plan, the bigger you can go. And that's what keeps the project moving. At a site creating 1100 residential units, poorly timed material is immediately visible: Access routes get blocked, teams have to wait, progress is slowed down. 👷♂️🚧 That's exactly what we set out to avoid when our partners at Healy Long & Jevin took on this large-scale development in Philadelphia, USA. Our approach was to support the project with a formwork and shoring solution aligned with the construction sequence. Material was delivered step by step from local yards, so the right equipment was available when needed and logistics on site stayed manageable. 🤝 The systems followed the same principle. Lightweight slab formwork supported faster assembly on the lower levels. Heavy-duty shoring carried the loads of the 48-inch transfer slabs. And crane-independent polymer formwork allowed work on foundations and shear walls to continue, even when the crane was in use elsewhere. 🏗️ This reduced waiting time, simplified coordination, and kept multiple activities moving at the same time. When processes run smoothly, even projects of this scale become manageable. ➡️ Take a closer look at how this project is taking shape. A 170-metre architectural masterpiece in motion. 🏗️📐 Watching the Generali Tower in Milan evolve is a masterclass in complex engineering. To bring the iconic design with its twisted floor arrangement by Zaha Hadid Architects to life, every millimetre of progress required absolute precision and a robust safety framework. Our climbing systems and safety panels didn't just protect the site, they acted as an engine for the build, keeping the process moving even faster than projected. What started as a complex arrangement of columns and slabs was brought to shell completion in just 17 months – later becoming a defining feature of Milan's skyline. 🏙️ Are you planning a project that requires this level of pace? Let's connect. 🤝 #PERI #highrise #construction #engineering #architecture #italy

🇷🇸 This is Structure 75. It’s part of a new desulphurisation system at the Nikola Tesla Thermal Power Plant in Serbia that will significantly reduce the plant's environmental impact. Structure 75 is the most complex construction element of this new plant: a 150-metre-high tapered chimney with multiple 12x12 metre openings. Our solution was based on timber-beam wall formwork, which proved ideal for adapting to the chimney’s continuously changing radii. As construction progressed and execution details were refined, our rail climbing system with hydraulic pumps provided additional flexibility. It enabled the formwork to be lifted efficiently and safely to the required height, minimising crane usage and shortening downtime. To realise the openings at various levels, we provided working platforms aligned with each construction stage. In addition to the lift going up the chimney, a PERI UP staircase was installed up to a height of 135 metres – as a backup option for vertical access. Throughout the project, high safety standards and reliable material logistics were maintained – ensuring completion right on schedule. When building vertically, the choice of system depends on geometry, logistics and structural requirements.
