“If it flies, drives, or floats, you can put an ad on it. It’s out-of-home. Sandcastles with your logo on a beach? It blew our mind.” — Greg Wise, Co-founder, OneScreen.ai Yes, sandcastles 🏖️ In Episode #33 of Beyond the Billboard Podcast, things get creative (and a little sandy) as hosts Charlie Riley and Greg Wise chat with Gayle Kalvert ☀️, Founder & CEO of Creo Collective, about how B2B marketers can think beyond the billboard...literally. From LED trucks and drone shows to wrapped cars and ice cream carts, they break down how modern OOH can combine brand + performance, reach ICPs where they live/work/play, and make people stop and say “holy 💥.” 🎧 Catch the full episode on Apple or Spotify podcasts: https://lnkd.in/gBQBdE9X #OneScreen #OOH #B2BMarketing #CMOStrategy #BrandPerformance #AdvertisingPodcast

🛑 Stop leaving money on the table in B2B marketing 🛑 OneScreen.ai just published our newest report, "The State of B2B Out-of-Home Advertising Adoption," and the findings are too important to ignore. For too long, many B2B marketers have assumed that OOH advertising is only for big consumer brands — “too hard to measure,” “too mass-market,” “too out of reach.” But our data tells a very different story. Here are the highlights: 📌 77% of B2B marketers say measurement concerns are the primary reason they avoid OOH. 📌 52% believe OOH can effectively reach their ICP, meaning it’s no longer spray-and-pray. 📌 Nearly half (46%) of B2B companies are already using OOH, and the fastest adopters are mid-market firms (201-5,000 employees). 📌 Modern OOH is measurable: platforms now tap 100+ data-sources and link placements to digital signals like branded search, web traffic spikes & pipeline lift. 📌 Among companies using OOH campaigns via OneScreen, 96% are satisfied with ROI, and many report >50% monthly revenue increase. 📌 OOH isn’t a standalone channel. It’s a force multiplier that pairs with digital, events, and omnichannel campaigns — e.g., airport ads during a conference, transit hubs near partner events, and retargeting digital ads after “offline” exposures. If you’re advising B2B brands (or you are one), here’s the takeaway: 🛑 Stop treating OOH as legacy, niche, or “too complicated”. Instead, consider it as a strategic part of the mix: memorable physical presence → measurable impact → accelerated pipeline. We just published a blog post summarizing the top takeaways: https://lnkd.in/g9T2b57j If you’d like a deeper dive into the data, quotes from sector-leaders, or want to discuss how this applies to your B2B marketing strategy, download the full report: https://lnkd.in/gmbQqmWT Start taking advantage of the “$50 billion blind spot” before your competitors do. #OneScreen #B2BMarketing #OOH #OutOfHome #AdTech #NewData #DemandGen #BrandBuilding

Halloween costumes, bunny ears, and a candid take on out-of-home set the stage as OneScreen's Cofounder, Greg Wise, and Head of Marketing, Charlie Riley, welcome Premesh Purayil, CTO at OUTFRONT Media, to the latest Beyond the Billboard Podcast episode. Premesh, or "Prem", shares how he “actively avoided out-of-home” for years, then—after a three-month audit—shifted from “non-believer” to “hardcore believer.” He points to measurement that already exists but is “poorly understood,” the reality that the industry is still “bought, not sold,” and why digital and static share the same core measurement tech. The conversation covers CTV-era parallels, fragmentation, and the gap between “time and space” selling versus outcomes. Prem explains OUTFRONT’s AWS work—leapfrogging “phone calls and emails and pigeons”—and why modern buyers burn the channel with tiny, unmeasured tests. He argues for consistent measurement, education, and IRL experiences you “can’t skip,” tying it to enterprise brand solutions, cultural moments, and a foundation that makes transacting “easier” and “more connected.” 👤 Guest Bio Premesh "prem" Purayil is CTO at OUTFRONT Media with “about 20 years” in ad tech and software engineering. He cut his teeth in online media—early programmatic and header bidding—worked as CTO at Freestar, consulted, then joined OUTFRONT after auditing the stack and the perception gap around measurement, audience, and transactions in out-of-home. 📌 Topics We Cover -The journey from “actively avoid[ing] out-of-home” to “hardcore believer” in three months -Why digital out-of-home gets confused with “CTV out-of-home” (Atmosphere, Gas Station TV, Reach TV) vs. digital signage -Static vs. digital OOH ads: same core measurement tech, different limitations and advantages—plus street furniture and experiential -How OOH is currently “Bought, not sold”: selling “time and space” vs. selling solutions aligned to outcomes -Small, self-serve buys that don’t scale, no pixels, and why unmeasured tests burn the channel -AWS partnership and an agentic step to “leapfrog” manual buying (beyond “phone calls and emails and pigeons”) -Measurement fragmentation, GeoPath’s next iteration, and the need for a defacto standard -Education and exposure: from Adweek presence to changing perception outside the out-of-home industry -IRL value you “can’t skip”: enterprise brand solutions, building wraps at the Super Bowl, drone shows, and the Severance activation -Fixing the foundation first; then programmatic/digital “fun ad tech things” as OUTFRONT gets “easier to transact with and more connected” Check out the full episode to hear where the future of OOH advertising is headed, on our latest podcast episode exploring the world of brand marketing and OOH advertising. Thanks for including my post, Thomas Allgeyer, about how out-of-home ads are a great execution for field marketers at tradeshows and events. We're seeing more field marketing experts at OneScreen.ai use OOH ads as a great way pre and during events to build brand exposure, push activity to booths, and more. These roundups are excellent, keep them up, Thomas!

Am I guilty of pinging engineers in the middle of the night? Absolutely. This week was a reminder of why that matters 😉 Because when everything breaks — and it will — the engineers are the ones keeping the internet standing. That’s exactly why incident.io exists. And why they’re out there doing OOH — to remind the world it will be ok. As Tom Wentworth put it perfectly: “I think there are a lot of sleep-deprived engineers this week. Here’s to those who keep the sites we love up-and-running in spite of fragile systems like DNS!” Great timing. Congrats team!
