Nationwide has been systematically expanding since our very first pilot in Ohio: • Order 1 → 1 state • Order 2 → 16 states • Order 3 → now extending to 26 states …and together we’ve now built one of the largest and most successful leak-prevention programmes anywhere in the U.S. market. What's driving this? Really proud to share this update on our partnership with Indiana Farm Bureau Insurance. In their announcement today, Jeff McDonald SVP P&C at IFB, said they’re expanding their LeakBot programme because of: “Strong claims savings and exceptional customer service.” For me, these two points capture exactly why LeakBot is winning in the US: 👉 We deliver real, measurable ROI by preventing costly water damage claims 👉 Customers love the service, with NPS scores consistently above 80 That combination - claims savings + outstanding service - is what’s unlocking meaningful scale with carriers across the country. Indiana is also a great case study of our strategy in action. We originally opened the state of Indiana as part of our partnership with Nationwide. That early footprint created the opportunity with Indiana Farm Bureau to join the programme, and together they now account for one of our higher density states. It’s exactly the playbook we’re running elsewhere: • Enter a state with a leading carrier • Build density fast • Add other large innovative in-state players with great brands and large local customer bases who want to offer LeakBot to their local members • Drive partner ROI and network efficiency as density grows Farm Bureaus across the US are especially exciting: concentrated books of business in a single state, large homeowner portfolios, with strong brands and community presence.
