Old Republic Title

With a background as a real estate professional, broker and business coach, Butch brings over 21 years of industry experience to his new role as Sales Executive at Old Republic Title’s (ORT) Kierland, Arizona branch. He spent the last year as a Business Development Representative with ORT and looks forward to continuing to help both agents and customers. Butch’s approach comes from years of firsthand experience in the Arizona real estate market, which helps him understand the challenges, emotions and energy that drive the business. Before stepping into title and escrow, he spent nine years as a broker. He brings practical strategies and creative marketing ideas to the table, along with a deep respect for the agent’s role in every transaction. Butch firmly believes that when agents have clarity, consistency and trusted resources, the transaction flows more easily. In 2023, Butch served as President of Phoenix REALTORS® and is currently on the Arizona REALTORS® Professional Development and Professional Standards committees. His favorite form of professional service is providing mentorship to colleagues. Butch’s motivation to help people discover new actions and possibilities to improve their performance led him to open his own business coaching school, which offered personalized coaching and continuing education classes. Originally from Philadelphia, Butch has lived in Phoenix for over 34 years. If you’re a real estate professional looking to enhance your knowledge or client communication—Butch is here to help make it happen! 602.390.1399 | [email protected]
