What did we learn from our first Novotel Longevity Week? Quite a lot. ✨ Over six days, we explored how small, everyday choices can contribute to living better, from discovering the potential of marine ingredients and making plant-forward food more accessible, to managing jet lag, moving for just 10 minutes a day, and using stretching, breathing and meditation to reset wherever we are. Alongside these everyday perspectives, Jean-Yves MINET also shared his vision for longevity on LinkedIn, offering a perspective on what this ambition means for Novotel and how the brand is bringing it to life. But perhaps the biggest takeaway is that there is no one-size-fits-all approach to longevity. Longevity is not about changing everything at once. It’s about finding what works for you, moving at your own pace and making small, positive changes that can become part of everyday life.
