Multicam support just shipped in Nice Touch. For editors working with multicam footage in Adobe Premiere Pro and DaVinci Resolve, this has been one of the most requested things we could build. The first pass on a multicam shoot is some of the most repetitive, time-consuming work in the whole edit process. Hours of synced footage, multiple angles, long continuous audio runs. Nice Touch can now take that on. Here is how it works. You connect to your Premiere or Resolve project and use the new Import button to pull your multicam clips directly into Nice Touch. The app reads the multicam structure as your NLE understands it, angles, segments, and all, so there is no rebuilding sync or recreating anything from scratch. From there, Nice Touch runs an automatic pass across your available audio tracks to find the best candidate for transcription, scores them for coverage, loudness, and speech presence, and presents you with an Audio Setup modal to confirm or adjust. Once you lock the audio, Nice Touch transcribes against multicam time and the AI agent can build a rough cut that is constrained by real video coverage. It will never select a range where there is no picture. The output conforms back into Premiere or Resolve as a proper multicam timeline. Your multicam clip stays the point of truth throughout.
