nextdot

You already know which 1:1s feel like they're going well. The problem is the ones you think are fine — until someone hands in their notice, or a review cycle exposes a gap you didn't see coming. Next Dot gives managers a live picture of how each person is actually growing, based on the work they're already doing. Not self-reported. Not once a quarter. Continuously — so you can coach earlier, recognise the right people, and stop finding out important things too late. No extra meetings. No extra admin. Just better signal before the problems surface. 👉 Try it free for 30 days — no credit card needed.
