At NMIS, we're exploring how advanced manufacturing technologies can help solve complex engineering challenges. We recently worked on a project exploring the use of high-pressure cold spray to manufacture a complex copper rocket nozzle with integrated cooling channels. The result demonstrated a potential reduction in lead times from months to days, while enabling geometries that are difficult to achieve through conventional manufacturing. Watch the process and discover the full case study.

A new approach to complex copper components. NMIS engineers used high-pressure cold spray to manufacture a complex copper rocket nozzle with integrated cooling channels. The project demonstrated: ✓ Faster production ✓ Reduced waste ✓ Greater design flexibility ✓ Up to 10kg/hour deposition rates See how the technology could be applied across aerospace, thermal management, naval systems and more. 👉 Read the case study
