Our Q3 2025 results reflect strong momentum across Hong Kong and Macau: - Core earnings up 28% YoY to HK$2.3 billion, reaching a quarterly record high - New business value up 10% YoY to HK$2.0 billion - New business contractual service margin up 12% YoY to HK$1.6 billion These results underscore our commitment to delivering innovative, customer-centric solutions for individuals and families. We expanded the number of hospitals accessible under our individual medical plans across the Mainland, now encompassing over 38,000 public and private hospitals*, giving customers greater healthcare choice. In Macau, we enhanced retirement solutions by joining the Non-Mandatory Central Provident Fund System, offering the most extensive range of fund choices available. Our Hong Kong retirement business has maintained its position as the largest MPF provider in the city, with a 27.4% market share based on assets under management at the end of Q3, and a 40.7% market share in terms of average monthly net inflows between July 1 and September 30, 2025^. #ManulifeImpact This Season of Giving, our team partnered with Helping Hand to bring warmth and connection to Hong Kong's elderly community. Because a better life is measured in quality, not just years. Patrick Graham, our CEO, and Celia Ling, Chief Marketing Officer, joined our volunteer team of over 60 colleagues at Helping Hand Father Sean Burke Care Home, where we shared laughter, stories, and meaningful moments with residents through games, conversations, and care packages. Helping Hand serves approximately 1,000 elderly residents across their elderly homes and reaches over 40,000 seniors in the community each year. Their work in mental wellness and quality of life aligns with our commitment to helping people live longer and better. Thank you to everyone who gave their time. You make a difference one visit, one smile, one connection at a time. #ManulifeHK #WhereWillBetterTakeYou
