26.29% reply rate. Read that again. 13,600 emails sent. 830 opportunities created. That's 1 opportunity for every 16 emails. The results are absolutely insane. But here's the thing: The infrastructure didn't get in the way. Most people think Mailin is just for high-volume campaigns. We've built our reputation on companies sending millions of emails per month. That's our bread and butter. But our main focus is simply landing in the inbox. When you're managing multiple clients, you can't afford to have emails land in spam. You can't afford getting blacklisted without a backup. You can't afford infrastructure issues killing campaigns. This campaign worked because: → The offer was sick → The targeting was dialed in → The infrastructure stayed out of the way You can't control the first two without the third. Here's what most people miss: Great results come from great offers meeting great infrastructure. One without the other? You're leaving money on the table. Whether you're sending 5K or 5 million emails per month, the foundation matters. This user knew that. That's why they're printing opportunities while their competitors are troubleshooting deliverability issues.

Cold Email Deliverability 101: Most people think cold email is broken. It's not. Their infrastructure is. To add to this, my next post will show a user sending millions per month & inboxing. We can keep replicating this. The secret? Isolated infrastructures. This client isn't special. They just have proper infrastructure. Want to see how we set this up? Comment "SHOW ME" and I'll reveal our complete process.

Here's what nobody tells you about scaling cold email: 24,447,300 emails sent 68,300 opportunities. 3.33% reply rate. Zero deliverability issues. Most companies hit 10K sends and their infrastructure collapses. Their emails land in spam. Their domains get blacklisted. Their reply rates drop to 0.2%. Then they wonder why cold email "doesn't work." The truth? Cold email works. Your infrastructure doesn't. Here's what actually matters when you scale: → Domain health that doesn't tank at volume → IP reputation that stays clean → Mailbox rotation that keeps you out of spam → Infrastructure that doesn't break at scale You can have the perfect offer. The perfect targeting. The perfect copy. But if your infrastructure can't handle volume, you're dead in the water. Most B2B companies try to scale on systems built for 1K sends per month. Then they wonder why everything breaks at 50K. The gap between companies doing 5000 sends a month vs 20 million isn't better products. It's better infrastructure. If you're serious about cold email, stop buying beta mailboxes. Your infrastructure is either your ceiling or your foundation. Choose wisely.

I found a private provider offering cold email inboxes for $1.5 (83% cheaper than Google Workspace) Most "gurus" won't tell you about this. But I stumbled upon a CRAZY email infrastructure provider that's changing the game for cold outreach. They've built their own private email servers with: → Automated 10-min setup (no tech skills needed) → Unmatched deliverability rates → Zero flagged accounts → Ability to send 100K emails monthly The best part? It's just $1.50 per inbox compared to Google's $7.20. I've seen their client results: - One agency scaled to 800K monthly emails - A sales team booking 50+ calls/month - Recruitment firm 40X'd their outreach All without a single banned account. If you're tired of: ❌ Getting flagged by Google ❌ Paying $7.20/inbox ❌ Worrying about deliverability This private provider is the answer. Want access to this private provider? 1. Connect with me 2. Comment "PROVIDER" I'll share the details with you privately.

- Text-onlyThe best cold emailers I know send millions of emails each month. They don’t obsess over the perfect email, they obsess over ROI. Most of the founders or sales leaders I talk to have a TAM in the millions but they’re sending 1,000–2,000 emails per month. Why?? Because they’re trying to “personalize at scale” manually or because someone told them volume is dead. Sure…if your ICP is 100 robotics firms, sure, go deep. But if you’re a B2B service company, agency, or lead gen firm, you’re not sending enough. Cold email is linear: If 1,000 emails = 1 meeting, then 10,000 = 10. So if the system works, the question isn’t should you scale it’s how fast can you? Cold email is a volume game but volume only works if the foundation is stable. That means: Your bounce rate should be under 1–2% Each mailbox should be sending no more than 10–15 emails/day Your domains should be warmed, rotated, and protected from burn Your data should be relevant and verified not scraped from random lead lists Your campaigns should be spintaxed and varied enough to avoid spam detection Once you get that right, cold email becomes predictable. And that’s how you build a linear, testable, repeatable acquisition channel. P.S. If you’re running outbound, how many emails are you sending per month? And how are you measuring success?LINKEDIN · TEXT-ONLYRecorded 3 Oct 2026
