Knak is how enterprise marketing teams build marketing campaigns at scale. Go from brief to on-brand, launch-ready emails, landing pages, and mobile messages faster than ever.

Our current workflow for getting emails out the door: - Recieve a brief and/or hop on a call with the requesting stakeholder and run Fellow - AI Meeting Assistant - After the call wraps up head to Slack, and prompt our agent (think marketing brain that's wired up with our martech stack ) to reference the transcript - In the same Slack thread, pull up Wispr Flow and brain dump more thoughts and context. Share other relevant materials in the thread too ..pdfs etc - Go back and forth with the agent on details like sender, images to use etc - Ask agent to build out the email. Email preview and QA results get sent to Slack for review. If you want to make edits - click the preview and head into Knak - If all looks good, kick off the approval process - Once approved, sync it to the Marketo program and send It's wild how only a few years ago I was copy pasting text from docs into templates, wrangling with the email code, stitching together notes and peoples feedback, and manually QAing everything.

Hey marketing ops - your email creation process doesn’t have to be this painful 🤯 Scenario 1: You’ve got a master email template and a handy intake form. So you... 1. Receive intake request 2. Review the request - IF it’s not missing anything move to the next step. Otherwise back and forth begins 3. Provide an SLA to the issuer 4. Assign the request to a campaign ops person 5. Copy and paste content into your email template 6. Upload images into your MAP 7. Add images to the email 8. QA all elements of the email 9. Send a test email to the issuer(s) 10. Receive their feedback: “O can we make X change to the email”? You’re at a crossroads now... you can answer Yes and then expect to code+troubleshoot. Or say No ‘the template won’t let me’ 11. Make sense of all feedback and IF everything is clear then do your best to incorporate their feedback 12. Send yourself test emails 13. You notice something is wonky with the format...so you troubleshoot it 14. Send the email to a rendering tool to make sure the email looks good across devices 15. Something isn’t rendering in darkmode. Troubleshoot time 16. Send another test to the issuer 17. Received more feedback? Back to step 10 18. Receive final approval 19. Send Scenario 2: Similar to above + you have a spreadsheet that mirrors the email template. All the marketer has to do is input their content into the spreadsheet. This might sound familiar: 1. Clone spreadsheet 2. Ask the marketer to paste all content into the document 3. Enterprise org? You’ll likely have a tab for each language they need to translate 4. Repeat steps 4-18 from scenario 1. 5. Email approved 6. Send Scenario 3: You have an agency that manages a lot of this. All you do is send the email. 1. You’re paying big bucks for an agency to run through the steps above 💸 💸 💸 2. And it takes a LONG time to get out the door Some of the most well-oiled machines (Google, Amazon, Meta) have been through the gauntlet outlined above and have found a way out. Instead, try this… 👀 ➡️ ‘The marketer’ builds, optimizes, collaborates, translates and manages all approvals ... in one tool. All with no code ➡️ With brand controls and guardrails in place, the emails are always on brand ➡️ And then with a click of a button they sync the asset(s) to a MAP (or multiple MAPs) of choice ➡️ O and as a bonus... all of this activity syncs with the project management tool of choice

"Couldn't I just build this myself?" That's probably the question I hear most about martech tools right now. And it's a fair one...Claude and ChatGPT have gotten very good at generating copy and code, even entire assets. But generating something isn't the same as getting it production-ready. 🙅♀️ Email is a perfect example. Something can look completely fine in a browser and still get...mangled by Outlook or Gmail once it ships. One test put leading LLMs, including Claude, through nine email coding tasks. NONE produced something production-ready. 💀 And even if you build your own AI workflow around your brand guidelines, you've still built another internal system someone has to maintain, govern, test, and update. Knak's 2026 "Marketing Production in the Age of AI" report puts it well: "Homegrown solutions carry the same long-term cost as patches: someone has to maintain them." Ops people know this problem intimately... Listen: AI *can* still remove a huge amount of the work without forcing you to rebuild the production layer yourself. Jeff Canada, OpenAI's Head of Marketing Operations, uses Knak's AI to turn briefs and Google Docs into near-final email builds, taking a process that used to take days down to minutes. His words: "Knak took a really painful process and made it super easy." So yes, you can absolutely have Claude write the first draft, and probably automate a lot more than that too. You still need somewhere for that draft to become a finished, on-brand asset that renders and ships. And I just don't think your martech team should also have to DIY the email production layer. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ #KnakPartner #marketing #email #ai

Marketing Ops watching everyone celebrate how fast AI can draft copy while the rest of the launch process still looks like this: 🙃 AI absolutely speeds up parts of marketing. But drafting was never where most of the pain lived. The pain is everything that happens after the first draft: no central brief, last-minute campaign build, Outlook refusing to cooperate, the tracking links are wrong…then Legal, Brand, and 4+ stakeholders finally approve it...and someone has one last little edit! That’s exactly what Knak’s new research on marketing production capacity gets at. They looked at enterprise marketing teams and found that production capacity, NOT drafting speed, is often what sets the ceiling on how much marketing can actually ship in a year. We’ve spent years building increasingly sophisticated martech stacks. Now AI can make ideation and drafting dramatically faster…but if the build, QA, approvals, and revisions are still moving at the same speed, your output doesn’t magically scale with it. You just get stuck faster. 😅 That’s why marketing production efficiency probably deserves as much attention as AI drafting. 🙋♀️ if final build and approvals = the longest part of your campaign build process. P.S. Knak breaks down the research and the “Creation Gap” here: https://lnkd.in/g_n-Pcsm #KnakPartner #ai #marketingoperations
