Everyone knows the job market is broken. But what most people don't know is that you can take some control back. Deirdra found that out when she signed up for JobHire AI. 40 relevant positions appeared overnight. An interview by the end of that week. What makes this work? Three things we keep improving: First, scale. We add over 1 million jobs every month. Fresh opportunities constantly flowing in, not the same recycled postings you've seen everywhere else. Second, control. JobHire AI will never apply to anything without your permission. You get matched listings, you can review them or not, if you want. Third, speed without chaos. The platform handles the grunt work: finding roles, tailoring your resume to each one. You track results on your dashboard, and focus on living your life. Stories like Deirdra's are exactly why we do this. Because real people are getting real results, and that’s what makes me smile every time. Have you ever landed a job thanks to an approach you didn’t expect to work? Like a cold message or even dropping off a paper resume? What’s your version of that story?

The worst career advice I’ve ever received was at the very start of JobHire.AI (when it didn’t even have a name yet). My idea was simple: I really wanted to create a life-long career partner for job seekers. And here’s what I was told instead: «It’s a waste of time. Pick an industry with real money. Otherwise you’re running a charity.» «Forget job seekers, better focus on B2B, companies are ready to pay big for hires. What’s the point in charging 100x less for the same job?» Same happens with job seekers, especially new grads just starting out. Many years ago, I was told: «Why waste your time on a nearly unpaid position at a venture fund? They’re exploiting you. Go somewhere safe, you’ll get a solid salary right away.» «Pick something stable and obvious, not this internet stuff.» The problem with most bad career advice is that it pushes you to optimize for the short-term, like quick money, instant titles, immediate status. But long-term growth, personal and professional, comes from the opposite: by trying, investing in gaining essential experience, and taking risks that don’t always make sense right away. So what’s the worst career advice you’ve ever received?

«Hired in 5 days» - our user shared this review about JobHire.AI, and honestly, I had to read it twice. Let me be clear: this is NOT typical. The average job search in the US takes 5-6 months right now according to recent labor market data. For tech roles, it may be longer. So when someone lands a role in 5 days, it's an outlier. A beautiful outlier, but still an outlier. Here's what actually happened with Gabe: he started on a Monday, September 15th, let our system run overnight while he slept. We sent out 51 tailored applications to matched positions. Gabe got interview invites in his private JobHire inbox within days. He scheduled it on his own terms, no middleman, no forced calendar slots. Within days, he had an offer. The mechanism is simple: we match, we apply, you control. Interview invites come to your private inbox. You schedule directly with companies. No recruiter spam in your main email. No one is selling your data. Just you and your opportunities. I share Gabe's story not as a promise, but as proof of what's possible when the system works FOR you instead of against you. On average, our users get hired 3–4 months sooner than others. LinkedIn loves to celebrate unicorn stories. I prefer honest ones. Gabe's result was exceptional. But the fact that 10,000+ people trust us with their job search every month? That's the real story. What's your job search reality right now? How many hours are you spending on applications each week, and what would you do with that time back?

0% conversion rate. That’s my actual result with Easy Apply. Does Easy Apply actually work? Here's what's really happening: Easy Apply is built for quantity, not quality. For job boards, it's a way to upsell more applications. For employers, it's a nightmare. Their inboxes are flooded with irrelevant resumes from people who don't even read what they're applying to. Recruiters are overwhelmed by the scale and simply stop reviewing these irrelevant resumes. Candidates waste hours with zero payoff. Easy Apply only works for high-turnover positions or when you literally have no other options. Otherwise, it's a lottery with terrible odds. My advice: if you're searching for a new job right now and see the same position both through Easy Apply and on the company's website, apply directly. Your resume has a much better chance of being seen. In the Easy Apply folder it’s just another drop in the ocean. The real game-changer is smart job search automation. JobHire.AI focuses on quality matching. Better to have 100 relevant applications than 1000 random shots. What's your experience with Easy Apply? Any success stories, or are you seeing zero conversions too?
