Education For Employment - Global (EFE-Global)

Across the MENA region, EFE helps young people gain the skills to build careers, launch businesses, and shape their futures. For Roua Adel, that training helped turn Aquayate, her Algeria-based spirulina startup, into a growing business reaching new markets.

We train and link youth to jobs so that they can build a brighter future for themselves, their families, and their communities.

Since 2006, we've trained and connected 225,000+ young people to real jobs across the Middle East and North Africa, helping them build careers that support their families and strengthen their communities.

As EFE marks 20 years, our Founder and Chairman, Ron Bruder, shares a reflection on where we began, what we have learned, and why the need for opportunity remains as urgent as ever.

This Women’s Month, meet Roua Adel, an EFE entrepreneurship graduate building a sustainable biotech business in Algeria.
