$100K OFFER CASE RESULTS “We spent three years building strong media buying. But we weren’t building a business around it. It turned out that the difference between the two is several million dollars a year.” - FOUNDER, $100K UNIT A few months later, we can finally share information about the team that received the offer. But more importantly and more interestingly, we can also share its results. During the negotiations, the unit founder decided to remain anonymous so as not to publicly associate the team with DEVILS in the future. Nevertheless, we disclosed everything else in as much detail as possible: ▪️ What the team’s structure looked like before the integration and what metrics it demonstrated. ▪️ Which decisions turned out to be key in rebuilding the team’s processes. ▪️ How the team allocated the $100K to operations and why it did so this way. ▪️ And what revenue dynamics the unit showed over two months of working in the new format… Full integration flow, key decisions, results, and DEVILS leadership comments: 👉 [https://lnkd.in/d473CePp]

Beyond funding: what DEVILS CAPITAL gives teams First, it is worth highlighting that 50% of the teams entering a partnership do not have a dedicated affiliate function at all. Another 40% have one, but the function is only partially developed. By “partially developed,” we mean weak diversification, less favorable offer conditions, and only a basic understanding of their own traffic. The last point is especially important: how can you understand how much to sell your traffic for if you cannot fully determine its value yourself? First of all, new teams get full access to DEVILS’ analytics processes. The essence of the system is precise analysis of their own traffic, key metrics, and result prediction. For CAPITAL teams, this has become a breakthrough in 100% of cases. Previously, for example, a webmaster could run into cuts, budget limits, and a ceiling on rates without fully understanding why this was happening, because they relied only on advertiser feedback. Our task is to remove this dependency and teach the team to analyze its own traffic independently. Not to wait until someone tells you whether it is good or not, but to understand its value yourself, know how to optimize it, and as a result sell it at a higher price. - CBDO DEVILS ➡️ Read the full post in our Telegram channel: [https://t.me/devilsclevel]

Your Competitor Works 24/7 | PART 2 😈 ◾️ Will AI fully replace assistants? Sasha, Buyers TL: “Assistants will always be needed – just in different forms. In any case, whenever they join a certain role in a web team, that role remains relevant, and the assistant can continue to grow.” ◾️ How has the role and workflow changed with the rise of AI? Sasha, Buyers TL: “The first question is: assistant for what exactly? What I’ve seen over the years is that assistants were hired at different stages for different tasks and with different backgrounds: • 6-7 years ago, assistants were brought in to handle conversations about renting accounts. • 4-5 years ago, assistants were hired to create Facebook accounts and connect them to self-farms. • 2-3 years ago, assistants were brought in to launch traffic, while the buyer focused on strategy and writing briefs for creatives. • About a year ago, assistants started being hired to launch traffic and keep creative briefs in focus while the web team was trying to understand where the market was heading, so they wouldn’t fall behind. Today, thanks to AI tools, every web team builds its own infrastructure, and the same level of technical preparation is no longer needed as it was 1-2 years ago – the workload has become lighter. And now you often see that under a web team there are not only ‘hands,’ but also an AI specialist who writes prompts for creatives and constantly generates content, or one person combines all of these roles. In short, the main point is that AI helps generate more accurate, fully tracked, and properly analysed profit. It allows teams to build their infrastructure more efficiently, because today a web team can shift the main pain points – creative analysis and traffic analysis – to AI and see the bigger picture. Based on that, a completely different math model is built, and the team can better understand where the key issues are and where assistants can help solve them.” ◾️ What is the outlook for teams as AI evolves in operations? Sasha, Buyers TL: “As with any major shift, the weak and inflexible ones will leave. I think 30-40% of the market will break and disappear, because it won’t be able to withstand the mental and financial race of technology – some won’t believe in it, while others will go too deep into it and forget that profit matters too, not just automation. Obviously, there will be less operational work – AI automation is already taking over 50%, and no one can even imagine what it will be like in a year. Those who can adapt to constant change will remain. If at one point it was enough to have 10 winning creatives selected from hundreds to make $50K in profit, today you need 100-200. On top of that, traffic sources themselves are becoming smarter, and bypassing the system is getting harder and harder.”
