Databook hasn’t just reimagined revenue orchestration with AI—we made it make sense. Join us on Wed. October 7th (11am PT / 2pm ET) for a rewatch of our launch of the GTM Decision System: a headless, composable revenue OS built on an unrivaled Customer Context Graph you'll need to see to believe. (Really.) Key topics being covered include: • Why headless shouldn’t mean brainless: We'll explain how our revolutionary neural network—a decade in the making—fuses verified, licensed intelligence on 20M+ companies with your internal data into an unshakeable source of customer truth you can build on anywhere. • Why AI agents shouldn’t operate in silos: We’ll demonstrate how the Decision System’s modular agentic network—built and enabled with the help of our new AI-native services team—now translates that grounded context into expertly reasoned workflows across the whole customer lifecycle. • Why value shouldn’t demand risk: We’ll present an industry-first commercial model where we put our revenue on the line. We only win when you win—and we believe you’ll win. Bring your questions for the live Q&A with Databook leaders Anand Shah (Co-founder and CEO), Anton Stetsenko (VP of AI Strategy & Deployment), Sarah Close (Head of Marketing) and Frank Wittkampf (Head of Applied AI). On the live stream you'll see how the system turns every customer's definitive case for change into shared context that accelerates revenue.

It’s that sinking feeling when you’re staring at a $1.5 million quota, knowing your "discovery call" next week is with a CFO who eats unprepared reps for breakfast. You’ve been told to "be a strategic partner." To "speak the language of business." But let’s be honest for a second: Look at the map I’ve attached to this post. That image isn't just a chart. It’s a map of the impossible burden currently sitting on your shoulders. Every sales team is supposed to research their prospects before any enterprise sales call/meeting. Come'on! We are asking sales teams to do the impossible! To win in enterprise sales today, you aren't just a salesperson. According to the "Business Fundamentals" required for the modern deal, you are expected to be: 1) A Forensic Accountant: Analyzing SG&A efficiency and COGS analysis. 2) An Equity Researcher: Scouring 10-Ks, 10-Qs, and Proxy Statements (DEF14A) to find "Management Intent." 3) A Management Consultant: Calculating the "Power of 1% Analysis" and "Move the Needle" impact. 4) A Mind Reader: Aligning with "Named Executive Officers" (NEOs) based on their specific incentive metrics. There are not enough hours in the day for a human being to do this for 10-20 target accounts. If you spent the time required to actually master the "Value Potential" and "Financial Analysis" for just one prospect on this list, you’d have zero time left to actually, you know, sell. You’re being asked to play a Grandmaster-level game of chess while someone is screaming at you to "get on the road". It’s a recipe for burnout, missed quarters, and that soul-crushing feeling that you’re just faking it until you get caught. The gap between "knowing your product" and "knowing their business" has become a canyon. Most reps try to jump it and fall short. They lead with features. They talk about "tools." And the executives (the ones who actually sign the checks), immediately tune out because you aren't talking about their operational scale. Enterprise sales are VERY VERY hard. This is why Databook exists. This is why we built it. databook.com is the "AI Brain" that does the 40 hours of forensic research you don't have time to do with the most trusted licensed and proprietary insights that exist globally. It's a premium subscription for discerning elite sales teams. We digest your customer's P&L, proxy statements, and hand verify their strategic priorities, in order to guide you towards a tailored "Executive Point of View" that resonates. It turns this enterprise "Impossible Map" into a GPS. We need to stop expecting our sales teams to be part-time CPAs and full-time researchers. We hired them to build relationships and close deals. Today, AI, powered by tools like Databook, can handle the data-crunching nightmare so sales teams can finally show up to that CFO meeting with the confidence of someone who actually belongs at the table.

CROs, your pipeline is a mirage, and deep down, you know it. It’s Friday afternoon. You’re looking at the CRM. On paper, the quarter looks "healthy." Your AEs are "busy." They’re logging calls, running demos, and sending fist bump emojis over "great conversations" with Directors and VPs. But there’s a cold pit in your stomach. Because you’ve seen this movie before. You know that 70% of those "Commit" deals are going to hit a brick wall the moment they reach the CFO’s desk. Why? Because your team is selling "cost savings" to a person who is being judged on "EPS." They’re bringing a knife to a gunfight. Actually, it’s worse than that. They’re bringing a "user-friendly interface" to a boardroom that is measured on TSR. The "Middle-Manager Trap" is killing your scale. When that Director takes your deal to the "Top of the Pyramid" to get it funded, they get slaughtered. They don't have the ammunition. They can't explain how a $500k software spend moves the needle to the top- and bottom-line. So the deal gets "deferred." Or "put on hold until Q3." And it’s not your team's fault. They were set up to fail. Think about what you’re asking them to do. You want them to: Scour 10-Ks and annual reports for hours. Cross-reference disparate third-party financial data. Triangulate the board priorities against the Champions key initiatives. Then, translate all that into a financial model that won't get laughed out of the room. That’s not a sales job. That’s a forensic accounting degree. If they spend all their time doing that research, they aren't selling. If they don't do it, they're just "feature-dumping" and praying for a miracle. This is the gap where "Big Deals" go to die. The "Old Guard" will tell you to just "work harder" or "get more activity." That’s a lie. You don't need more activity. You need a different caliber of conversation. You need to move from selling "tools" to funding "strategic initiatives." This is exactly why we built Databook. We realized that even the best Enterprise AEs can’t compete with the sheer volume of data required to win at the C-Suite level. Not manually, anyway. Databook uses a proprietary blend of first-party and third-party data (stuff your competitors can't even see) and uses AI to do in 30 seconds what would take an AE 3 weeks of research with a seasoned Value Engineer. It identifies the "Value Fragments" that actually matter to a CEO. It gives your champion the exact financial "ammunition" they need to justify a $1M+ deal instead of begging for a $50k pilot. Stop sending your team into the C-Suite with "features." Start sending them with a "Financial Business Case" that’s impossible to ignore. If you’re tired of seeing "strong" pipelines evaporate the moment the CFO looks at them, it’s time to change the math. Your team shouldn't have to be financial analysts to hit their number. They just need the right data. If you are a CRO or sales leader, come see how databook.com works

Every week, sales leaders pore over CRM dashboards. Yet deals still stall, and cycles drag on. The issue isn’t what you can see... it’s what the data doesn’t tell you. Our GTM Control Center reveals what’s actually happening behind each account... the work, the prep, and the fit. You can open any deal, spot where engagement slows, and judge instantly if the use case is strong or shaky. That clarity helps managers coach sooner and close faster.
