The comment stopped me in my tracks: "You already feel like an extension of the team. And it's like you lived all the same agency nightmares as I had in the past, and solved for them." Got it from a client less than a month into working together. This is the whole point of how we built D.I.G.S. Traditional agency experience: → Contract signed. Then you wait → Endless onboarding meetings → Multiple stakeholders chasing access → Nothing launches for 4 to 6 weeks → Weekly calls with slides and no movement D.I.G.S. experience: → Onboarding starts before payment even hits → You give access to one person. Me. → First campaigns live within a week → We're in your Slack like we work there I know the agency nightmares because I lived them. When I was Head of Demand Gen in-house, I hated managing agencies. The silos. The slow turnarounds. The slide decks that said nothing. Hours lost every week playing project manager instead of actually driving strategy. So when I went out on my own, I built the opposite. One team. One Slack channel. One point of contact who actually understands your business and can move fast. Not another vendor. An extension of your team. P.S: Courtney Pitts Mattern ✨ & the Franchise Sidekick crew have been so easy to work with that I keep waiting for the catch. Still waiting......

Series A & B companies get screwed by traditional agency models. You don’t have the luxury of specialized teams. You don’t have a CMO to orchestrate a Google Ads agency, a LinkedIn specialist, an email marketer, and a RevOps consultant. You know who has this luxury? Series C&D companies. Listen, I spent 10+ years leading demand gen teams at Seed, Series A, and Series B B2B SaaS companies. Series A’/B's “marketing team” is a VP plus maybe 2 generalists. One week you need HubSpot workflows fixed. The next week it's an email campaign for your upcoming event. The week after that, your Google Ads need emergency optimization. This is completely normal. So trust me when I say traditional agencies can't (or won't) pivot like this. They will show up for their weekly Google Ads check-in while your email list sits neglected and your HubSpot dashboards show garbage data. If you’re Series A/B, you don't need specialists. You need a Swiss Army knife. Someone who can: -Fix your HubSpot on Monday -Optimize your ad spend on Tuesday -Build email nurtures on Wednesday -Create pipeline dashboards on Thursday -And connect it all together so it actually works AKA: You need someone who thinks like a Head of Demand Gen but executes like an entire team. So, if you’re ready to stop hiring for the company you want to be and starting hiring for the company you are, DM me. I built D.I.G.S. Marketing to support you.

Me: “Which campaigns are driving pipeline?” Them: “Um….we feel like our email marketing is working?” 🫠 That was an actual convo with a Series B B2B SaaS startup doing $15M ARR. They’d spent 6 months on ramping up their email marketing, outbound, and events. Had HubSpot. Paid for it, too. But when we asked for attribution or funnel data? ✨ Vibes and vibes only. ✨ This isn’t rare. 90% of teams we talk to have great software… they just don’t use it right. And then wonder why marketing feels like a black hole. Here’s a hard truth: If you can’t prove what’s working, you’re not marketing. You’re just publishing. At D.I.G.S. Marketing, we turn “activity” into actual revenue insights. Because “we think it’s working” doesn’t scale. If you’re tired of guessing, let’s talk.

93% more pipeline. $1M+ per month. And no. They didn’t hire a new team, switch CRMs, or pour money into brand. They hired D.I.G.S. Here’s what their Head of Marketing at TrustLayer told us after six months: “Brian and his team became ingrained and an invaluable asset to my team. I’ve worked with a ton of agencies, and D.I.G.S. has been truly transformational.” Let me show you why. When we started, they were dealing with: → A lean team juggling too many channels → Inconsistent lead quality that frustrated sales → No clear view of what was actually working → Fragmented ad, ops, and CRM execution Instead of hiring 3 separate vendors (ads, email, HubSpot), they brought us in to run it all as one revenue engine. 6 months later: ✅ 93% increase in pipeline ✅ 71% MoM lift in opportunity creation ✅ 85+ qualified opps/month ✅ Higher volume and quality from paid + email The unlock? Paid, nurture, and CRM all working together to drive revenue, not just traffic. If your marketing team is underwater and pipeline is your #1 KPI… DM me. I’ll show you how we do it.

You're spending $10K+ across multiple agencies and still don't know which campaigns actually drive revenue. I see this constantly with Series A and B SaaS companies. You have a Google Ads agency, a LinkedIn agency, a RevOps consultant, and maybe an email freelancer. Each one sends their own weekly report. Each one claims their channel is "performing well." But when the CMO asks which campaigns actually generated closed deals, everyone has a different answer. So instead of giving you the answer you want (the only one that really matters), they default to the metrics they can see. The Google Ads agency points to clicks and conversions. The LinkedIn agency shows engagement rates. The RevOps person talks about lead scoring improvements. The email marketer highlights open rates. But none of them live in your CRM. None of them see the full funnel. And definitely none of them talk to each other. So you're getting four different stories about four different pieces of the puzzle, but no one is telling you which piece actually makes you money. This is why at D.I.G.S we don't just run your ads. We set up the tracking, connect the systems, and build the dashboards that show you exactly which campaigns drive pipeline and which ones are burning cash. Because at the end of the day, your board doesn't care about click-through rates. They want to know which marketing dollars are turning into revenue. If you can't answer that question right now, you probably need fewer agencies, not more. DM me if this sounds like you and let’s talk about how we can help. P.S. This is what it looks like when your CRM, ads, and email finally play nice and your marketing dashboards stops lying to you.👇👇

Proud moment for D.I.G.S.... Profound, one of the hottest companies in B2B SaaS, is now a client. If you're in my world, you know Profound. They're the AI-powered platform helping enterprise brands like Ramp, US Bank, MongoDB, and DocuSign understand and improve how they appear in AI-powered search/answer engines. They raised a $35M Series B in August. They've grown from 10 to 100 people in less than 15 months. To put it in perspective, 75% of our clients either use them or have evaluated them. But the story behind how this happened is even better than the deal itself: Two years ago, I met Nick Lafferty for coffee in NYC. He had just moved from Texas and was doing exactly what I do (paid ads for B2B SaaS companies). We weren't prospects for each other. We were basically competitors. But instead of seeing competition, we saw collaboration. We picked each other's brains, shared war stories about client challenges, and became friends. Fast forward: → Nick took a Head of Growth Marketing role at Profound (crushing it, by the way) → He's already referred me to multiple clients, including one of his former clients who's now one of our happiest customers → Now he's bringing DIGS on to handle Profound's paid ads Here's what's interesting: This wasn't about consolidating multiple agencies. He wasn't frustrated with poor performance from other vendors. (Both are common pain points among our clients.) Nick was actually doing the paid ads himself and doing a pretty good job at it. But he ran into the classic dilemma every Head of Marketing at fast-growing companies faces........you know how to do the work, but you don't have time to do the work. He could absolutely manage their Google and LinkedIn campaigns. But as Head of Marketing at one of the fastest-growing SaaS companies in the space, he's got about 87 other priorities competing for his attention. So instead of burning out trying to do everything himself, he brought in someone he trusts to own the paid ads while he focuses on bigger-picture strategy. This is honestly my favorite type of engagement. Working with someone who understands exactly what good looks like, who's already proven he can get results, but who needs to delegate execution to focus on what only he can do. Plus, there's something really cool about this full-circle moment. Two years ago, we were just two freelancers grabbing coffee. Now we're business partners helping scale one of the most recognizable names in B2B SaaS. The lesson? Network with your "competitors." Some of my best opportunities have come from relationships with people doing similar work. If you're a Head of Marketing who knows how to run paid ads but has 87 other priorities competing for your attention, that's the exact conversation I love having. DM me.
