At Bland, we've spent the last two years pouring our entire life into building a Voice AI solution that product leaders actually want to use. We've talked to hundreds of VPs of Product, Chief Product Officers, Heads of Product at companies that have real stakes and real consequences if things break. And after all those conversations we realized that we needed to stop building features and started building for outcomes. Here's what I learned from these product leaders: 1. They don't care if your AI sounds impressive in a five minute demo. They care if it works at scale, in production, for months, without someone babysitting it. Most AI pilots fail and everyone knows it. The ones that go live and stay live are rare and that's the bar. 2. They want voice that actually sounds human with low latency because their customers will hang up otherwise, but they also want SMS and chat because if it touches their customer's phone they want one vendor who owns it all. Not a patchwork. One brain across every channel so the logic stays consistent and the experience stays coherent. 3. They need it to be secure and compliant from the ground up because they work at banks and healthcare companies and airports and they cannot ship something their risk team will kill in review. They need to own their data and their AI stack, not rent it from someone who's just a wrapper on top of frontier models. 4. They want fast time to value, live in 30 days, not another pilot that drags on for six months and never makes it to production. They want brand safety and guardrails that actually work because one bad interaction at scale is a PR nightmare. 5. And increasingly they want a system that learns, that tracks conversations, that personalizes automatically based on how each customer actually talks and what they actually need. So that's what we built. Not because it sounded good on a slide deck but because after two years of obsessing over this problem, we finally understood what mattered. If you're a product leader trying to figure out if voice AI is ready for primetime, we'd love to show you the product on a demo: https://lnkd.in/gWAcTUSw

Today we’re excited to introduce Bland TTS, the first voice AI build specifically for enterprises. Several months ago, our team solved one-shot style transfer of human speech. To put it simply: From a single, brief MP3, you can now clone any voice, sound, or speaker’s style. You can then take that clone and mix it with the style of any speaker’s voice while retaining the same tone, cadence, and pronunciations. That means your AI voice-overs and conversational agents are not only far more realistic – but hyper controllable. With Bland TTS: •Developers can plug in our TTS API to build voice apps fully customized to their liking. •Enterprises can launch AI-driven support lines that sound so natural — customers will save you as a contact (book a demo, and we'll show you live). We've spoken to hundreds of enterprises – and they all say the same thing: Call center operations are TERRIBLE, and IVRs waste everyone’s time. So we've chosen to fix this. Bland’s AI phone agents replace legacy IVRs with natural, human-sounding voice agents that accurately represent your brand, understand your customers, and resolve calls end-to-end. They can be customized for any use case, integrate with all existing software, and handle millions of calls simultaneously—24/7. No phone trees. No hold music. Just faster, smarter customer conversations built for enterprises. Want to try for yourself and see how other enterprise leaders are using it to save millions? This car was spotted in downtown SF last night. This is even more genius than it looks… A bright red fully-drivable phone car. Parked under a two-tier ad in downtown SF. With a live product demo by calling the number. But why the car? That’s what makes it brilliant: It makes you instantly curious (like, why is there a phone car?!) It grabs attention from far away It sparks real-world interaction There’s a phone number. You call it. And someone answers. But it’s not a person. It’s probably the most realistic AI I’ve talked to. It talks in any language, voice, and handles calls 24/7. It’s literally the product in action. Bland is a super interesting conversational AI company. Who are building voice and SMS tools that sound more human than you'd expect. It can: ↳ Handle inbound/outbound queries around the clock ↳ Call leads within seconds ↳ Follow up by text instantly But while being fully customisable to be the literal voice (no pun intended) of your brand. Answering every call in the voice and with the personality of how you’d imagine your dream employee. This is a crazy opportunity for business owners who can leverage this. So if you're as curious, give it a call👇 http://bland.com/
