85% of the issues that cost this $10B+ company $3.1M and 18 months of cleanup were detectable before go-live. The signals were in the program's own data the whole time. Nobody could read them fast enough. Here's what changed.

Your ERP program went live on time. So why did stabilization take 18 months and $3.1M? The signals were in the data all along, 85% of issues were detectable before go-live. The problem wasn't process. It was detection.

Most transformation risks are visible weeks before they escalate. Axiamatic's agents surface them while they're still fixable.

Every few months, someone declares “SAP is dead". And every few days a Fortune 500 CFO signs another eight-figure S/4HANA deal, and many times a day a Global 5000 CFO signs another 6-figure S/4HANA deal. Andreessen Horowitz just published a piece on this, "Why the World Still Runs on SAP", link in comments. It matches what we see every week at Axiamatic. These systems aren't going anywhere. The logic is too deeply embedded in how every facet of the business actually runs. Earlier predictions of the death of SAP were at the hands of cloud, which SAP tamed and grew even stronger. The new nemesis is AI. While time will tell, SAP’s aggressive adoption of AI looks likely to be a rerun. However what is changing are the failures, the risks, and the cost and schedule over-runs of SAP implementations, what a16z’s piece describes as "the riskiest, most budget-sensitive phase” and in fact what is the highest cost of an SAP program. Why this change now, when we have lived with these risks and failures for so long that seasoned CIOs and CFOs set aside 20-40% contingency budgets? You guessed it: AI. More specifically the use of an agentic platform with AI agents that address the root causes of SAP implementation challenges. If you are heading to Sapphire next week and want to see such an agentic platform in action or speak with enterprises who have deployed Axiamatic for their SAP implementations, please DM me. #SAPSapphire #RISEwithSAP #S4HANA
- Text-onlyMyth: “If our people don’t use the system, their replacements will.” The bust: This is the line leaders say in the hallway when adoption stalls. It sounds like resolve. It is really an admission that the program has run out of ideas. Replacing people is a band-aid on the symptom, not a fix for the underlying problem. It removes the ones who know how the work actually gets done, the same A-players the program needed in the room months ago. Their replacements inherit the same system, the same gaps, and the same workarounds, minus the context. Adoption resets to zero, and the business case slips again. When a capable team refuses a system, it is rarely defiance. The design ignored how they work, and nobody answered their concerns while there was still time to change it. Blaming people for that is how a program problem becomes a career problem, usually the sponsor’s. Axiamatic detects change impact early in the program, automatically validates it with the employees affected, and produces the artifacts that explain why and how each change affects them individually. That makes them partners in the change, not victims of it. The programs that get adoption don’t replace the people who push back. They bring them into the change before it lands. #EnterpriseTransformation #ERPModernizationLINKEDIN · TEXT-ONLYRecorded 2 Nov 2026
- Text-onlyMyth: “Our lessons learned process is how we get better with every program.” The bust: Lessons learned is a ritual, more accurately called lessons discussed. Two weeks after go-live, the people who made the key calls are already rolling off, and the room rebuilds the story from memory and a few surviving slide decks. What gets written down is the version everyone is comfortable telling. The decision that caused the rework left with the person who made it. Then the document goes into a folder. The next program starts without reading it, repeats the same mistakes, and this time your name is on the program. Axiamatic reads requirements, design docs, and meeting recordings as they’re produced, preserves every decision and its rationale in a Living Context Graph that analyzes, informs, and recommends, and preempts repeat mistakes in every subsequent program. Programs don’t get better because they held a retrospective. They get better because the lessons are learned implicitly and applied explicitly. Both without any manual effort. #EnterpriseTransformation #ERPModernizationLINKEDIN · TEXT-ONLYRecorded 24 Oct 2026
