About I believe the second half of life deserves as much planning, purpose, and inspiration as the first. Today, my work is dedicated to helping older adults intentionally design what comes next. I am the creator of the Live Your Best Life™ Senior Life Planning and Support Process, a senior advocate, inspirational speaker, author, and founder of the For The Love Of Boomers YouTube Channel. My mission is simple: help seniors move beyond simply aging to living with purpose, connection, confidence, and joy. I am also a provider of electronic caregiving solutions that help older adults maintain greater independence while giving families additional peace of mind. I am the author of For The Love Of Boomers, available on Amazon, and host the For The Love Of Boomers YouTube Channel, featuring interviews with inspiring Baby Boomers and members of older generations who share how they have overcome adversity, remained optimistic, and continue to live meaningful lives. Alongside my work with seniors, I continue to lead The Frantz Group, the business growth consulting firm I founded more than three decades ago. Today, our focus is helping organizations clarify strategic direction, build enduring brands, craft legacy messaging, and accelerate sustainable growth. My business career has been built on helping organizations—from Fortune 500 companies to emerging startups—identify opportunities, solve complex growth challenges, and build durable competitive advantages. Before founding The Frantz Group, I spent 17 years with IBM, where I held sales and business development leadership roles serving organizations of every size across multiple industries. During my IBM career I completed executive education at Harvard University in business strategy and Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management in strategic marketing and sales management.
