Dapper - the demand agency
Rotterdam, Netherlands · 72 people · Est. 2019
Dapper is a B2B marketing agency specialized in demand generation. We build marketing engines that generate pipeline for B2B brands across Europe, the UK, and the US. Dapper was founded in Rotterdam, the Netherlands, and has grown into one of Europe's top B2B agencies. In 2025, Dapper was even named Europe's Best B2B Agency. But a long journey came before that. In 2019, Yvo Wander and Tycho Luijten founded Dapper Rhinos Agency in Rotterdam. They hired their first two employees that same year, and throughout 2019, 2020 and 2021 the team moved offices multiple times, outgrowing each and every one of them. In 2022, 'Dapper Rhinos' rebranded to 'Dapper' and committed fully to B2B demand generation. The majority of its clientele had always been complex B2B products and services, with niche audiences and longer sales cycles, so the choice was made to double down on the market it knew best. 2022 also marked the hiring of the first colleague in Portugal, the start of what would become Dapper's Lisbon office, a team of 20 by 2026. In 2023, Dapper launched the Niche Famous Framework: Dapper's demand generation methodology that helps B2B businesses become famous within their niche through high-frequency content creation and distribution via personal profiles. Dapper also applied the framework to its own growth, and growth accelarated. In 2023, Dapper was named Best B2B Growth Agency of the Netherlands, and in 2025, Best European B2B Agency by European Agency Awards. Today, Dapper counts over 70 team members representing more than 20 nationalities, working from offices in Rotterdam and Lisbon for B2B clients across Europe, the UK, and the US.
